The staff is friendly, the hotel atmosphere is comfortable

1. Got a room on the 2nd floor which was quite spacious for around 300 thousand. The bed was also big enough for 3 adults. 2. The AC turned out to be dead, even though the remote was on. We checked in at 10 pm because we were tired and went straight to sleep without realizing that the AC was off, no wonder it was a bit hot but cool because it was in Wonosobo, we only realized it the next day when we were about to check out, under the AC we couldn't feel anything and it was really off, even though the remote said 20 degrees. Wanted to complain and wanted to check out, so be it, just write input here, Hopefully the AC in the first room on the 2nd floor in the corner can be checked. 3. In between the bathroom tiles/ceramic grout, a small worm-like animal came out. Please pay attention to the cleanliness and facilities of the bathroom, sis. 4. The room door was difficult to close tightly and the condition of the lock seemed to need repair because it was difficult to lock. 5. The admin was friendly, the service was also good, adding breakfast was only 25 thousand, breakfast was delivered to the room. The menu is white rice, fried chicken, sambal lalapan, stir-fried carrots and green beans. Thank you
