Woodland Park Residence by Sang Living

It was a mess, from the beginning when I ordered the ticket, I wasn't told which tower it was for, when I contacted them it took a long time, I waited for hours and walked here and there, around 8 pm I only got a reply to be told to move with the reason of an electrical short circuit because there was a leaking pipe from the ceiling, and when we moved we had to walk a very long distance, we were replaced with a cheaper facility, the room was not comfortable.

Good service. Unfortunately the bed sank. Cleanliness should be improved. Success always.

The place is quiet, not as crowded as the apartment next door. Access is also easy, because there is KRL and Transjakarta plus Jaklingko. Suitable for a short time escape. Only the bathroom smells a bit, and some of the electrical plugs don't work. The TV remote also seems to have run out of batteries so the TV can't be turned on. Overall it's worth the price.

This place can be an option if you are really forced and have no other choice...the room smells and the bed is not good enough The staff is strict and unclear...not recommended

Roomnya menyedihkan, pintunya sudah mengelupas, gagang pintu gak layak, lemari sudah pada kelopek gak terawat, AC ruang tamu gaK nyala bau lembab, kamar mandi BAU! Shower ada, tapi gak bisa dipakai kayaknya airnya gak ngangkat jadi mandi pakai ember.

When you entered you immediately smelled of cigarettes. Dust was everywhere hanging from the ceiling of the room and bathroom. The mattress is very curved, the foam is so thin that you can feel the springs. Only one plug can be used (the other one is broken).

The Owner so friendly and help full. Unit so clean. The view is Good.

The ceiling is leaking, looks like it hasn't been repaired for a long time, WiFi is slow, the porch lights are off, the TV doesn't want to turn on, the AC isn't cold.

Overall the apartment is decent, the view is good. Strategic location. But the staff is less informative and less friendly. Check-in must be at 14.00 and above and must contact the cp. The new gallon water the next day was replaced. Cleanliness is lacking because it looks dirty on the blankets, carpets, walls and toilets.

Have been staying here before, but this time the AC doesn't work properly. Could not sleep properly because only hot air. I asked for service but they did it on the next day. Two teams of service came but the AC still not working properly.

Very disappointing. All SERVICES are really long, from the start of check-in, I promise to ask for 1 o'clock at OK, the boss, but the staff comes at 2 past half past 3 until my children go berserk. The staff is very lazy to work, and really hard to wash up, what else can I pick up the phone , the cooperation is not good, the staff does not work fast and productively, the reasons are many, the rooms are still messy, the rooms are still dirty, the old people's anduk2 were not cleaned, instead they are put in the cupboard like that, the sheets are also not cleaned, the main room finds garbage, on the balcony there is also trash, the bathroom is muddy & dirty, the kitchen is cramped & dirty, the refrigerator smells. no hands sanitizer is available, the spray is disinfected but not removed, again the pandemic is mandatory for cleaning number 1.The facilities are not OK, the boss says you can swim, but you can't swim, you know info from the apart, the pool is closed, but not the same as the child -my child got mad. The wifi went off and on, Aqua was not checked, I asked for the queue at 4 o'clock, only at 6 in the afternoon, the gas was said to be delivered at 9am, only on gas at 11 noon. I really didn't make an effort to stay 500 thousand but everything was NIL, from starting to check in to check out. and just check out I can't ask for additional compensation, only diksh until 1 o'clock is very standard, until cooking is all in a hurry. even though just check in at almost set 3 in the afternoon. everything is being hunted down even though the old one is service and staff. Very disappointed, even though I have been inWoodland 3 times, this time I can rent an apartment like this.

The place is very comfortable, clean, like your own home, tomorrow you can use it again tomorrow to stay, for those outside the city, this is really recommended. Ha ha.
