The only thing lacking is that there is no private vehicle parking, so you have to park outside the hotel.

Saya menginap di kamar bungalow. Minus dari penginapan di sini hanya di kamar mandi. Airnya tidak deras. Untuk toilet kalau bisa diberi bidet dan sikat wc. Karena untuk saya orang indonesia, membasuh setelah bab atau bak tidak bersih ditambah dengan air yang tidak deras.

Bersih kamarnya. Sukses selalu ya.

Nice hotel to stay and quiet, but a little bit too far from the city.

Lack of car parking facilities. Disappointed because the car was parked on the side of the highway which caused my car to be hit by an unknown person so that my car was dented in the back.

The water heater is not functioning properly, shift coordination between receptionists is not coordinated, for the price of 350 thousand with the facilities there, in my opinion it is a bit too expensive.

The photos displayed on traveloka do not match reality, the hotel is dirty, very unfit.

The location is close to the airport, the inn is made homey and the atmosphere is good. Since there is no local transportation, ask the receptionist to order a local taxi instead. The bathroom smells a bit musty, it's better to add fragrance. The empty toilet tank cannot flush and must request a check first before opening the water channel.

Kamar bersih hanya kamar mandi agak bau apek. Pelayanan dan makanan memuaskan.

I must said that the price is really good for us who want to save our money, however it kinda far from the city..and I must said when coming back at night it kinda scare me. And also, I found the bidet for the toilet is not working out. I already ask the receptionist about this but nothing happened. I’m sorry..you could do better than this :(

The hotel is good, really has privacy, which is lacking in restaurant services only.

Clean and privacy, the natural concept is quite fulfilled, a little in the test that still needs improvement in service.

The location is near the airport, the swimming pool is clean, less comfortable because there are lots of mosquitoes and the water heater is less pronounced.

So happy, in this hotel, go international labuan bajo tour.

After two years of not reviewing any of my stays, here I am finally taking time to write one - because it turned out opposite from most reviews. Just finished my Komodo trip earlier in the day and back here to collect my left baggage from the reception. Let me begin the entire experience pre-landing into Labuan Bajo. I have contacted a staff via the contact number obtained from Google to arrange a supposed to be free airport shuttle. The staff have acknowledged & noted my flight details and TOA, but unfortunately 30 minutes after arrival, my calls were not answered and no one contacted me via mobile or phone. What a let down. I got a taxi. Upon arrival at 9am, room wasn’t ready. That was fine. The staff I contacted via WhatsApp did not apologise but just blueticked me. So, today I had to leave the hotel at 5am for my Komodo tour but shuttle could not be arranged. Their first shuttle is at 6:40am (supposedly). Reception is also not 24hours, so I had to leave my bags outside the reception before I left for Komodo, which is accessible to public - they do not have security or keycard access into hotel premises. After my Komodo tour ended at 2pm, I requested for shuttle again at Mediterraneo restaurant (the pick up/drop off point), but was told there isn’t any shuttle from 2pm to the next one at 8pm. No point having a schedule if you don't follow them. That is not how you run a hotel business. Superior Room “France” was pretty basic. No TV (if you need one), no toothbrush, just towels, bath soap, and shampoo. I’ll be back in Labuan Bajo, but not here. “Please give us five stars”, stated on the hotel card given upon check in. Lol, no way guys.
