some of the staff are friendly and some are not, actually it's comfortable, but there are some activities that make it uncomfortable in the corridor on the 2nd floor, my suggestion is to improve the comfort and there are also some doors that can be opened, improve the quality so that it's comfortable when staying here.

For the cleanliness of the hotel, I would say it is lacking, the sheets are dirty, the floor is dirty, the TV doesn't have clean channels, the room size is just enough, but the hotel staff is friendly and kind. That's all, keep improving. Thank you

Standard and comfortable room. With all the hotel staff who are very friendly. I feel comfortable because for Alfamart and ATM next to the hotel and for eating too. Already a regular here when I'm in Jakarta. Highly recommended.

The booking process, easy check in-out, friendly and communicative staff. The location is near the Old City tourist attraction. Quite clean and tidy. The room is quiet because it is quite soundproof. The only minus is the TV broadcast which is still 'blurry', maybe it needs improvement, for example in adding/setting an antenna or digital channel and so on.
