Everything was ok during my stay. The staff was helpful. I like the breakfast concept which you order the food and drink that you want, the taste is good and for sure there will be no food waste.

Easy and quick check in. Unique room design. Awesome service. They even drop chocolate at our room as afternoon snack. Breakfast is served ala carte with quite variation of menu, from indonesian to western food. All in all a very satisfying stay.

Well, this is our second time stay at Yan’s House Hotel. The first one on August 2017. Thematic Room Hotel, minimalist but so cute decorated interior. This visit, me and husband booked Love Nest Theme. The different is in the bathroom, with bathtub. Nothing change, the staff still friendly and helpful, breakfast is still the same. You guys can give buffet breakfast with that price actually, lol because there are many hotels with same price serving buffet breakfast. If you looking hotel for walking around to kuta beach, spa and massage, souvenir shop, resto, cafe, mall, this one is one of the best option.

Luckily I only slept for one night. The room was damp, the AC was leaking, the breakfast was not very varied, when I checked in at 9 pm there was no staff to accompany and bring my suitcase to my room. So I looked for the location of the room myself and occasionally took a wrong turn in the hallway. Not recommended to stay here. Just once and last time

The initial obstacle was just a matter of WiFi and TV channels. There is a plus point of the hotel, namely the cupcake decorating class on Nyepi day which makes guests happy. The price is okay and the strategic location is close to Waterbom Bali and Kuta beach. No need to bother looking for food. Get chocolate every day too.

First look, the hotel is okay from the outside,
The receptionist was very friendly, given a welcome drink and macaroon.
Once heading to the room, speechless with the condition of the corridor.
I saw people's reviews about the corridor, but I thought it wasn't that bad. Turns out it was really bad? Leaking and the entire way was black and damp.
Got a room in the corner and damp. The window faced someone's wall.
The room's AC was cold, the toilet worked. But the condition of the room was like in the photo.
The mattress etc. were clean. But because it was so damp, I didn't dare to stay here, because the kid has asthma. So I only stayed here for 2 hours, immediately booked another hotel.

Not far by motorbike from the airport, a leisurely walk to the beach, Alfamart. The hotel cares about health because when cx out there is fogging for mosquitoes, the swimming pool is sufficient, please pay attention to the interior that needs to be renovated.

The important thing is that the water doesn't smell salty... the most important thing if you stay in Bali... some hotels have very salty water. But not this one. Only the ceilings could be tidied up more. There's a lot of AC condensation too. So the ceiling leaks and there are holes... the room is so far good
