The hotel was nice. The receptionist was really helpful and welcome us kindly. Location is close to city center and shopping area. Will come back for sure.

Much better than expected. I got a superb deal through app (250k) and was expecting something below this quality, so I was really happy. Room was spacious, nice and clean, big windows, everything works. Clean bathroom. Cable TV, though I wish they let me plug my USB so I can watch my own movies. There's a sushi restaurant in the same building and turns out it's where you get breakfast too. Breakfast is nothing special but adequate, and the location is surrounded by eating places to try (try Gormeteria or the vegetarian place). I walked from the hotel to the train station, that's how close it was. 100% will stay again.

Overall cleanliness is good, both from the hotel in general and the room. However, what is noted is the soundproofing of the room, because I can hear other guests' conversations in the next room and hear sounds from outside the hotel (vehicles and pedestrians) so that it is quite disturbing the quality and comfort of my sleep. Then for the power port (power plug) maybe it needs to be added or positioned near the table because the spot is awkward if you want to charge our electronic devices. For the staff, all are friendly and helpful so just maintain the quality of customer service.

There is no ramp, wheelchairs & wheeled luggage have to climb 1 step at the entrance. Other than that, the hotel is very nice & value for money

The hotel service is good, the staff is friendly. And helpful. Only the sheets when I first entered the room were still messy and had stains, but they were quickly changed. But it seems like there are not enough staff. So the receptionist helped change the sheets, helped carry the bags. For the room area, everything is OK except the mattress. The mattress is not comfortable, the springs touch the body all over. So it makes it impossible to sleep. And the body hurts all over. The hotel is good but the mattress is like an OYO hotel 🥲😭. Please inform the owner. This really makes it impossible to sleep because the springs hit the body all over.

The staff are all friendly, but the room is very very bad. There is only 1 electrical outlet, there are many small black ants on the room table and mattress (not on the food, but very annoying) the bathroom drain is clogged so when you take a shower it floods a lot. The second day of staying, the bathroom shower only has very little water coming out, taking a shower takes a long time, the water also pools under the sink. Vacations are not happy with a place to rest like that or maybe you chose the wrong hotel 💔😭 sorry but that's what I felt 🙏🏻
