Entering the lobby, the conditions are uncomfortable entering the room, when I saw it was cramped, no tissue provided, no mineral water in the room and glasses so I had to ask first and drinking water was available in the corridor provided by the public. Got one towel that was torn

Overall it's good, because I only stayed overnight to join the CFD, maybe it would be better if the parking lot wasn't used as a hangout place, so that it would be more comfortable for people who want to get in and out of the parking lot.

The room is spacious enough so that you can still pray in the room. In the room are also provided prayer mats, towels, hangers, and three-pronged plugs. Soap is given and there is a gallon of water on each floor. There are hot water facilities. Close to Grand Indonesia, can walk less than 1 km. Based on my experience during a 3-night stay, overall it is quite comfortable to stay here.

It's the right size to stay in the evening and in the morning. What's more, the location is super strategic, you want to go anywhere near the city center. many are for sale.. comfortable rooms, cold AC. 👍👍

Small size room, according to price. Clean beds, mattresses, pillows, blankets. The staff in the room were nice, asked for 2 more towels. The receptionist is a bit bitchy. There is also an elevator to the top floor

1. Don't pick up and throw away the trash too late. 2. Shared drinking water is available & that's very convenient, but it would be good if you frequently check whether it's finished or not. 3. The bathroom still has cockroaches, please pay attention. Already subscribed here. Overall very comfortable because it is close to Tanah Abang, mini market, & food stalls. The distance to Tanah Abang is also close, the surrounding environment is safe & comfortable, I can check in at 12 o'clock, & I check out at 12.30 without additional fees. Suitable for families for holidays to Jakarta / for kulaan. The AC & TV function well & the TV can be turned on immediately without having to fuss with 2 remotes.

I decided to stay here with the intention of choosing a sharia hotel, expecting it to be good. I ordered the top floor and put it on the bottom floor near the reception. You have received it, the AC was cold for a long time, the sink didn't have any water flowing, then it was really busy at night and couldn't sleep, the cleaning staff knocked the door and I stayed here for 2 nights so I asked to move rooms in the morning, he said later, while I had business outside, It's my turn at 7pm to tell you to go home as if you don't have any manners, even though I also have business. It was my turn when I came back to ask to move rooms. The receptionist is not 24 hours as stated in the notes. Then there are male employees who answer and wait for the receptionists, while the receptionist will come tomorrow morning, it's useless. I booked a hotel to rest, not to listen to loud noises. In fact, the male employee said, "If you don't want to make noise, just put some cotton around. WTF do you think I don't have any money?" I've been abroad and never received this kind of treatment. Where's the etiquette? It's said to be a sharia hotel, but it's the customer's turn to complain. We were polite at first, but instead we answered while shouting and glaring at him. It was his turn to babble and then he was given the key and he threw it on the bed. Please, he said, it's a sharia hotel, there's no attitude. The female receptionist is also very bitchy. Please, the boss who owns the accommodation, improve his staff!

Kelebihan: lingkungn hotel aman & nyaman (pentng banget ini) Dekat dengan tanah abang, Grand indonesia & plaza indonesia (bisa jaln kaki sekitr 850m), dekat penjual makanan & maknn sekitr situ murah, suasana kamar tidak berisik, ada air minum galon, setrika untuk umum (mending gini daripada d kasih air mineral tanggung 2pc perhari), cari bajaj mudh, bisa check in dini hari jam 3 pagi karena kereta dateng jam 3, pintu gerbng d tutup tp bisa d buka kok, pintu sudah menggunkn kartu otomts jadi lebh safety, air KM, shower, ad kran untuk wudhu, flush toilet duduk mengalirnya deras, kloset dudukan bersih, TV jernih tp kurang lengkap, transTV & Trans7 tidak ad, tiap hari smpah d ambl meskipun numpuk d depn kamar-kamar, kamar bersih & tidak bau. Saran: tempt sabun karatan untuk kamar tertentu, lantai kamar mandi kotor meskpn klosetnya bersih, bantal bau jigong mohn d jemur setlh ad yang checkout, saluran tv d lengkapi, lebih ramah lagi staff nya, sprei tolong yang lebih bersih lagi dan harum. Selebihnya oke banget, sudah langganan kesini 3kali, semoga saran saya d pakai biar gak kapok nginep sini lagi, terimksh 😉. Sayangnya kok gak bisa upload foto y, bisanya pake kamera langsung
