The view is no need to ask, it's really good. The staff are very friendly, from the waiters to the housekeeping. I asked for breakfast in a box because I joined the tour at 5, it was ready too. There was only one thing that was missed, I wasn't woken up early in the morning to join the tour at 4. Luckily I woke up because I was jetlagged. I think there was a miscommunication between the day shift and night shift employees.

For the price this hotel is good. It’s not a resort and it’s not as nice as some, but it’s definitely adequate for people not wanting to splurge but also not wanting to stay in a rats den. Location is walking distance to some good restaurants and we walked a couple of times to the pier and back. Breakfast is enough…you get what you pay for. I was surprised by how good the food was ordering from the menu. PSA: Flores actually does sourdough bread really well if you like that. One of the biggest bonuses of staying at tue zasgo is the full supermarket on the ground floor. Has everything you’ll need at normal prices.

Zasgo Hotel is quite close to the airport, highway access. There is a zasgomart and Labuan square at the bottom which is a plus point of this hotel. Clean rooms complete with amenities. I recommend Zasgo for those who plan to go to Labuan Bajo.

The hotel's location is strategic for shopping for groceries and walking distance to places to eat. There is a supermarket, ATM, Miniso, pharmacy, CFC in the same building as the hotel. The staff are very friendly. The view from the room and the beautiful restaurant facing the sea/harbor. The breakfast is simple but okay. The room is spacious, clean and well-maintained. Smart TV, minibar, hairdryer, kettle. Hot water in the bathroom with hand shower + rain shower. Complete facilities/amenities in the room. The mattress seems to be king coil. I've stayed in various room categories (twin no window, king no window, premier, delonix and lastly family room) all no complaints, in fact always exceed expectations. Even the room without a window is also comfortable. Bringing a baby in the last 2 stays was safe. Always a preferred hotel in Bajo.
