Please pay more attention to the cleanliness of the room, there are lots of small insects on the mattress and the bathroom toilet looks like it's rarely cleaned 😥.

Very decent transit hotel, we stayed twice 1 night. In the more expensive rooms thete is also a fridge and waterkettle. Shoppingcentre with some restaurants and big supermarket around the corner

The cleanliness of the room should be noted, especially on the sheet wrapper there are wet spots, whether cake or others. The cleanliness of the toilet also needs to be considered.

When I first entered the room, it smelled musty like undried cloth. The bidet was jammed, the shower was very small like light rain. I complained to the receptionist asking for it to be fixed, they said it would be fixed soon, but when I returned to the hotel, the condition was still the same. This is really bad, we have to walk to the shower to clean ourselves. The trash can was not emptied. I only stayed for 2 days and never again. In fact, it was a mainstay hotel when I went to Baubau

Booked a superior double but when I checked in, the receptionist led me to a superior twin room. And when being asked, the receptionist all the superior double room have been fully booked. Very unprofessional.

The hotel seems pretty OK at first glance but the construction is very approximate. About the room: pillow smell bad. We asked to change and they did it. Towels must be replaced because old. Electrical plugs almost broken. Spots and dots of dirty even. In the hall. The stuff speaks very few words of English or nothing at all. At the restaurant the food was not so good I m very sorry but I write what was my stay and the impression-although Zenith is the best in town-the property of must do some efforts to. ‘mantein’ the hotel in good conditions.

Overall nice place to stay in Baubau city which, not much provide good accomodations inside town. Nice breakfast and food variety, but a little bit strict for such things as: not allowed to have breakfast on the pool next to restaurant (even no one swimming), small room and sliding door function both as door for wardrobe closet and also toilet! And receptiobist didn't allow us to duplicate the room key even we were chosing twin bed. Weird.
