The service is good
The location is also okay
But I really like the sheets, pillows, mattresses and bedcovers, it looks like they're decades old
And it's really dirty, there are lots of stains and lots of ants
The bathroom doesn't have hot water
The drinking water is not like the one in the picture, mineral bottles
But the water kettle is taken from outside
The water in the sink is only a line of a needle, it can't even be used to brush your teeth
The jet shower is also broken and doesn't turn on
The parking lot is so scary
It turns out that after asking about the room service, the hotel has been abandoned for 2 years, unoccupied and has only been operating for about 1 year now
I apologize if I only stayed there once
I checked in at 10 am and checked in at 6 am because I was disgusted with the hotel
My bed was uncomfortable because of the mattress and pillows it's dirty when the AC is cool

The water in the sink tap is not flowing smoothly, an unpleasant smell is right outside the room, the water tap in the sink is repaired, immediately look for the source of the unpleasant smell

Good, kind, and accomodating staffs. Wifi speed quite fast. Air conditioner in good condition. Hot water available. No direct path from parking lot to the lobby so we need to go outside first, it's fine as long as it's not raining. Basement parking lot need rainwater control maintenance. We were shocked to see our car got wet in the basement after heavy rain. We need to be extra careful to walk in the basement because of puddles. Towels and bed sheets need to be deep cleaned or changed, I took a picture of it and shows it to the staff and they say they cannot clean that kind of stains yet. No restaurant or cafe. Need more power outlet (I need to borrow terminal and shift the bed a bit to access the outlet. I ordered 2 twin rooms, the first one need to change broken showerhead and they offered switching room (bigger than the former but with a broken sink), the second room don't have bathroom rack. The bathroom door cannot be locked and squeak, I'm afraid it will fall down but they say it's fine. They don't give free bottled water. They do prepare a jug and two glass in every room but their dispenser were out of service. After staying there I think this hotel is managed by a family and old enough that it need a thorough maintenance.

Actually this hotel is new, the rooms are spacious, but the cleanliness is lacking, lack of maintenance, lots of stains on the walls, the sheets are dull with lots of black stains, the bathroom is not very good, it looks like a boarding house. There are mosquitoes so you need mosquito spray. The employees are friendly, close to Ramayana so it is easy to shop and buy food around

The appearance of the profile photo turned out to be very different from reality, the building looked unkempt. Cleanliness was also minimal. When it rained heavily at night, water leaked into the room, when reported, the receptionist only answered flatly hehe. That's enough and accept your salary
