Nice place, but yesterday there was an LED light behind the bed that was blinking. If it turns off, it's hard to turn it off.

Warm water is not available, and it wasn't informed on check-in. One lift can't be operated. The receptionist replied with an excuse that the current rate already considers the condition of warm water being broken (not available), but she couldn't show the evidence. Overall, my experience in this hotel is bad. I will not stay at this hotel anymore.

The pillowcases are not replaced with new ones and smell of drool, dirt and dust sticks to the pillowcases, the blankets are dull, the towels look like dull colored mats, torn and full of holes, the air conditioner can't be turned off, eating fried chicken has more flour than meat.

Strategic location, good food. Only the towels should have been replaced with new ones, the parking is worrying at night. There are broken tiles on the floor. 7 should be fixed (dangerous), only 1 elevator is functioning and the elevator carpet is peeling off

There are many things that need to be fixed. - The AC is not cold enough. - Water (maybe because it hasn't been used for a long time, so when you open the tap it's immediately cloudy) - There is only 1 trash can in the bathroom. - The facilities in the bathroom are not good. - Towels.

Helmet lost, no responsibility 🙃 Already sent a WA, no reply. The info has not been found, then the last one and no answer. It seems to have been exchanged with another guest's helmet because there is a helmet similar to mine but a different license plate. And the license plate on the helmet that is similar to mine, the motorbike is not at the location. Most likely exchanged and no responsibility.

like a hotel, the room windows can't be locked so noisy sounds from outside can be heard. upgrade to a deluxe room but only given one towel, that's all dull, many mosquitoes in the room so it's hard to sleep.

Booked a non-smoking room, but got a smoking room. The smell of cigarettes still lingered in the room even after being sprayed several times. The towels had holes, the sheets were stained, and the drinking glasses had cigarette burns. Found 2 cockroaches in the bathroom.
