The rooms are clean and well presented, but the beds are incredibly hard and noisy. Sadly it was the four worst nights sleep that I have had in a very long time. Due to this, I will not be retuning which is a shame as the hotel is in a great location, good breakfast and clean.

Great staff - very friendly. Jack (at the bar) was great! Breakfast was nice - you can do the traditional English breakfast or make a bowl of cereal or have a waffle. Good location, too. Tram stop is quite literally out the door to the right (maybe 50 meters). Busses are close, too - up the block along the river. Shopping area is a three block walk. Recommended!

We generally choose Hampton inn because the rooms usually have a range of pillows. Good pillow, good sleep. This one did not. They were flat and soft. Only after asking a couple of times did we receive better pillows. Overall, the room was small but comfortable. Location was pretty good too.

Nice location close to the red luas line. Hotel is quite new and in great condition. Breakfast was good considering that it was complimentary. We weren't a fan of the pillows though as they were too soft which made a good night sleep a struggle. We asked for firmer ones and were told the ones we had were the firmest. The spring bed in our room also made a lot of noise when getting in and out. Then, there wasn't enough storage.

Nice hotel. Great location for exploring the city centre and getting public transport. Lovely staff at breakfast assisting me. Only downside, an alarm went off around 5am waking us up!

Lovely lounge and bar area, bigger than common 3 stars hotel, comfortable and friendly.
The room is clean and with everything you need, pretty impressive bathroom too.

Not sure why this property isn’t more highly regarded on other review forums, it was reasonable priced, breakfast was nice and hot (complementary as well!), location was very central/walkable to all the main Dublin attractions and lastly the rooms were clean and modern! Majority of the other hotels I looked in Dublin basically looked the same as the Hampton but were £200-£300 extra. Overall had a great stay.
