Absolutely amazing hotel with outstanding hospitality service The staff are incredible with the irish gift of the gab , plus 1000 warm welcomes. I particularly enoyed the pool , sauna and steam room . Top class facilities while the breakfast was icing on the cake Absolutely delicious. Even a green juice to kick start the day . Cant wait to return

Istayed in ground floor bedroom apartment,it was amazing with huge queen bed,luxury shower and corner bath relax in.food was amazing staff cheerful throught out my stay.

stayed here a few times,,,, and never looked back, massive room very clean and nice fresh decor, comfortable bed, netflix on tv a bonus, great breakfast, fantastic pub style restaurant ,always busy but they will always get you a table,,, just a very lovely family feel,,all staff very polite,helpful and most of all happy, even make you a takeaway breakfast if you are on the early ferry.....Irish hospitality at its best and much cheaper and nicer than the big chain hotels

Last minute booking as had to change ferry sailing to Roslare due to cancellation of Dublin ferries. Arrived at the hotel earlier than check in time but room was ready so able to get in early. Receptionist very friendly and helpful, arranged for early continental breakfast as we had early ferry to catch. Decent food served in the bar. The room was very spacious with comfortable bed. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would stay again, thoroughly recommend.

Just stayed the one night but would happily return. Friendly helpful staff, nicely furnished, super food in the restaurant and fine breakfast, clean comfortable rooms, great bar, easy parking. Just great all round!

Not quite worth the price. Positives were the very polite and helpful staff, the property was nice and clean, and the pool was great! There were some odd downsides, you cannot control the room temperature and it was very hot. When my husband and I asked reception for a corkscrew wine opener, we were directed to the bar, when we asked one of the employees at the bar he looked very confused and told us he didn't have one, then he just walked away... it's a bar so that was rather strange. The property advertises laundry services, even when you get into your room there's an informational guide with a number to call for nighttime laundry services. However, the laundry services are just their own privately hired launderers and are only available until 5pm each day. We were traveling around the country over several weeks, so I was really looking forward to doing some laundry and was pretty disappointed. The best part of the whole stay was the pool, it seemed very clean and I loved the hygienic policies in the locker rooms and pool area.
