We had three night in Rome and we wanted a place that was convenient, but now super expensive. This stay worked great for us! The room was very modern and the shower worked. The two hotels we stayed at in Florence and Venice were quaint and old but the shower was broken at both places. There was a rooftop restaurant that you could eat at if desired. We used the nearby mini market to get groceries which was less than a block away and helped us save money on eating out. We were able to catch the metro (just a few blocks away) and easily access the sites on Rome we wanted to visit. We didn’t see very many tourists in the area (more residential).

The hotel and the staff was lovely. The staff are very polite and approachable, they always smile and say hello. The hotel itself was hard to find so my only suggestion eould be to have a sign on the main road for easy location because it is based behind blocks. Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay.

We booked this place on the same night we needed a stay and we stayed for 6 days. Rooms were very clean, very helpful staff and the area was really nice as well!! Would definitely stay here again if I ever come back.

The property was different from what I expected. It doesn't feel like a normal hotel, but more like student housing facility. I guess the name should have given me the correct idea and that was my fault. What I was really shocked is that the room was not clean and didn't feel clean. There was trash on the floor that i imagine was from the previous guests. The floor felt dusty. The bathroom was clean but since the shower didn't have a curtain around there were many marks of water drying on the floor. It isn't dirty, but it does look dirty...

The room was nice and were given a voucher for welcome drinks, as well as some water in the fridge. The room was refreshed and towels replaced daily. Only downside was there was no kettle in the room.

The staff was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to be helpful. This was our first visit to Rome and they made our stay very pleasant. The property was also clean and well maintained. Parking was difficult in Rome everywhere. This was the only issue. Once we found a spot we walked most everywhere. The hotel location was nice because it was about 1-2 miles from many of the sites.

I liked the fact that they made the whole process to check in so easily. The unique features was the rooftop. The food and location itself blew my experience out of the water. Very safe and well presented for a 3 star hotel. Front desk very friendly and informative. My experience in Rome for the first time was amazing.

The location was very good, surrounding area is run down but the actual hotel is very modern and clean. Staff were very welcoming especially George the manager. The staff were also helpful in supporting to arrange a cake for my partners birthday. Thank you for a lovely stay
