ibis Styles Trani

I try never to give unsatisfactory reviews however, this particular hotel leaves a lot to be desired. The room we occupied was dark and dingy…..outdated would be an understatement. The bathrooms, need a complete overhaul. The entire hotel felt sad. Trani, is the most BEAUTIFUL city….for its size, it is extremely cosmopolitan, very chic, super clean, and the friendliness of the people who call it home were amazing. Everything from the architecture to the restaurants/cafes and shoppers was first class. My wish for this hotel, is modernizing would be a great opportunity to attract more guests. It is within walking distance to the train station. However, it is a hike to the city center and the port. The staff were terrific! Internet, sometimes it worked, but most of the time it didn’t. Overall….its not expensive. You get what you pay for. When I return….ill stay near the port and the city center.

It had everything we needed, the service was excellent and the staff were very helpful, I would recommend this place to anyone.

The wifi could not work in the rooms on 3rd floor, made it very inconvenient. Staff was great, rooms on smaller side. Overall very good stay

In spite of the fact that the staff was welcoming and kind, we encountered some disruptions that affected our stay: 1) the shower trap was literally detached from the wall and once fell on a child's head 2) the shutter did not work and did not allow to have some darkness during the early hours of the morning 3) the air conditioning broke down one night and it was impossible to sleep because it looked like a helicopter 4) the connection service was poor

Albergo comodo per chi deve prendere treni ed autobus. Pulito, buona la colazione. Personale gentile. Alla reception Davide, simpatico e professionale, ha saputo dare anche consigli sulle spiagge e qualche buon ristorante.

Hotel antigo precisando de uma reforma. Localização media nao muito perto do centro histórico.

Si tratta dell'hotel Trani entrato nel gruppo Ibis e non ancora pienamente ristrutturato. Buona la cucina, personale efficiente peccato per la prossimità alla linea ferroviaria con conseguente rumorosità

Bella struttura vicina al centro ma un po' datata, necessita di un po di manutenzioni e ammodernamento.

La zona non è delle migliori ma vicina al centro raggiungibile a piedi. Possibilità di parcheggio in garage. Esperienza molto positiva.

Personale cortese e disponibile. Vicina alla stazione ferroviaria e a pochi passi dal centro. Colazione ricca di dolce e salato. Sicuramente da ripetere, già alla seconda esperienza.

Ideales Hotel für einen Kurzaufenthalt. Man ist zu Fuß schnell im Zentrum von Trani, das Personal ist sehr freundlich, gutes Frühstück und bequeme Betten. Auch die Klimaanlage im Zimmer funktionierte super. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Hotel is in the vicinity of the Railway Station. Found every day a parking site! Personal is very friendly and helpful!!! You can walk in less than 10 Min to the harbour. But check the bear prices at the harbour restaurants! 6 € for 0,33 l is not acceptable!!!!!
