We stayed at this property in between flights. It was an awesome escape a quick ride from the airport. We never got to meet any staff as our flight was delayed coming in and we left very early the next morning. But they were very accommodating. They were in contact with us through the expedia app and helped us get an early morning ride to the airport. Super quality service! Highly recommend.

I was concerned because of previous reviews but I had already booked. When I got to the place my concerns were not more a concern. This place is very clean, and secure. I was there with my family and used as base while I drove to Florence for two days and all was very well kept and nothing was touched. Room was cleaned every day. Since we were not seen for two days, the manager reached out to us to see if we were ok. Very good customer service and were very concerned about our well been. The only bad thing is that is a bit far from Rome, but driving is ok. I will stay there again, very close to Airport which is important while leaving because from Rome to the airport the driving is not too good.

We only stayed for a night before we left for home in the US. Hotel staff was excellent at communication. It was a sweet place, and I would stay here again.

It is very conveniently located close the airport. Parking is in the street and not easy to find. About 3 blocks from the B&B is a very nice Italian pizzeria and restaurant. Staff is nice and helpful.

We stayed at this property at the end of an 18-day trip, most of which half of our foursome was ill. We were worn out and just in need of a quiet place with comfort and good food. I could have cried when Stefano, the manager, made us a wonderful meal of grains and beans with focaccia, doing so himself because his cook had called out for the day. He assured us he knew how to make good food, and he was correct, right down to picking fresh herbs to make our meal perfect. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom adequate. There was a kitchenette in our room, and I could imagine this to be a great place to spend time in the warmer months, being very close to the beach. The breakfast the next morning was excellent, from the fresh fruit and juices to the perfect croissants. Thank you! You helped these weary travelers to heal.

Bad area. Not safe. We got there late because of bad taxi service at the Rome train station. I was left a note on the outside fence for the gate code. Note said tried to reach me by phone (bad service from USA) but they never emailed me. Room door was open with key left on bed. Bathroom was clean. But the main door to the room, didn’t lock. My husband fell on the unlit stairs, carrying suitcases. Anyone alone should not stay here. Website pictures must be old. It was deserted and scary. Left and went to Marriott.

Great option for staying near the airport before an early flight. Staff was very helpful in arranging our rides to/from the airport, and also accommodating our late check in. We arrived late at night & departed early the next day so did not get to explore the neighborhood or dine in the area, but the bed was comfy, the room was quiet, and we had a safe, quick ride to the airport in the morning - all in all, very happy with our stay!

Good place near the Roma fco airport. Good price, clean, can walk to the beach and there is a fantastic restaurant for dinner in walking distance called Tre Nodi. A must go to place!
