Rooms are in need of renovation, beds not confort (spring mattress) room air system not working properly parking lot not always available

The hotel is very out dated and my room was not clean well at all. I am glad that I traveled with my own cleaning supplies. The shuttle bus staff was not helpful or friendly at all.

Best showers! Nice bar and good breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.

Had a wonderful stay at the hotel, conveniently located walkable into town for restaurant shopping and needed medical attention that we didn’t expect. I would definitely recommend. I will stay again for a family or a couple traveling. The staff was very friendly English speaking and made our new year holiday enjoyable.

Good location and good restaurant. Rooms are OK, but in desperate need of refurbishing.

Room is standard, check in service all right. Check out is quick as well. However the shuttle bus for airport could be better in service, it’s windy and cold today, bus is already right in front of the hotel, but don’t let people in, I see family with toddlers and baby in their arms also had to stand by the bus suffering the cold and wind until 9:00 exact the bus door opens. Hope this could be improved soon.

As a recurrent client, I alwaya book this hotel due to its many conveniences - location, amenities, parking, baggage hold, staff and shuttle to airport. Thank you for always making my stay amazing. BIG thank you to Monica at the front desk for her great customer service.

Clean and efficient

Great for airport and great they have a shuttle service. It should be free being so far from airport and anything else but charge is minimal. Large rooms and lovely grounds

The hotel was comfortable. Catching the shuttle from the airport was complicated and we ended up taking a very expensive taxi to the hotel. We were looking forward to the pool but the water was so cold one could not stay in it. Staff were great and the restaurant and breakfast was very good. We would recommend this hotel.

Convenient for the airport.

If you are sensitive to fragrance, I don't recommend this hotel. Otherwise it was quiet and there was a gas station across the street to refill your rental car.

It was a wonderful place to stay while having to get ready to go home. Very stress free
