Conveniently close to the airport following our landing at Verona airport. However, the shuttle promised was highly disappointing - after booking a week earlier, we were not told where the collection point was. On calling around 11pm, we were told the shuttle was 'not in the area' and to make our own way via taxi.
The hotel was basic but clean. The beds were hard and the pillows uncomfortable, which made for an awful night's sleep. The continental breakfast, however, was delicious and saved the stay. Unlimited access to pastries, cakes, cereal, meats and cheeses with a automatic coffee machine. The staff in the morning were also very amenable and organised a taxi promptly.

We really only needed a place to stay near the airport for a super early flight the next day. The exterior is nothing to look at. It even made us fear what we might find inside, but inside was no frills but clean and the lady at the front desk was very helpful. They contacted us before our stay and they made arrangements for a shuttle to take us to the airport.

The breakfast team were nice enough, they got us gluten free bread from the kitchen. The reception staff could do with some customer service training and a good dose of compassion. They didn’t answer any of our calls to reception. The beds were uncomfortable so my daughter wanted to sleep on top of the blanket with my blanket on top. We were refused access to the pool, because we were checking out. No options were given for paying extra to keep the room on, which would have been a really simple solution!
