Very close to Shin Kobe station to access. Quiet room.

Did not like this place at all. Only stayed for convenience of Shinkansen. Junky toilet and sink. The sink was too low and gave me a sore back. There was a stool but who brushes their teeth sitting down. Limited dining options. Never staying here again.

Comfortable room

Open time for pool and sauna is between 9am and 7pm, not very convenient. Plus they also cost extra money. Breakfast buffet is very good. Gym is open 24hrs free of charge Location is perfect. A few mins walk from the train station shin Kobe.

This prperty is in dire need of an overall renovation. The rooms and in particular the carpet in all areas was filthy.

Nice clean and stuffs were polite and friendly. There were groceries store underneath hotel was very convenient

Very old and dated hotel

The standard/regular room is dreadful. While the view from the window was nice, it didn't make up for dated facilities, dirty carpets, stained drapes, and yellowed bathrooms. You cannot adjust the air conditioner in your room, which hasn't been updated since the late 90s. For the price you pay, even for the standard room, you can stay in a much nicer hotel with better facilities. The proximity to the Shinkansen is nice, but the hotel is a maze and is extremely poorly marked. Getting to street level is frustratingly complicated. I understand that the more expensive club rooms may be nicer, but the standard rooms feel like a highway motel in the Florida panhandle. I am extremely fortunate that I only booked one night in this location. I checked out as early as possible, as I felt grimy just being in the room. I wanted to leave as soon as possible.

The carpet needs replaced. Room was Ok but a bad patch job made for tripping hazard. Hallway was very stained and had old Japanese Roykan smell. If you’ve ever stayed at one you know what I mean. Other than that. It was very clean and everything in the worked perfectly.

Peaceful. Nice. Gym. Food. Ease of a meeting place

First this is absolutely NOT a 5 star hotel. It's supposed to be non-smoking but the place is so dated that the smell of cigars is EVERWHERE. The carpet is stained, old and smells bad. We were there and the AC was not working good so they brought us a portable one that was working but very noisy. It was 95 outside... Had to take colder showers in the middle of the night to try to stay cool and not sweaty. The volume of the tv, that only had 1 English-speaking channel was blocked at 25 and barely audible... The staff was really nice and tried to help the best they could but were not able to. They offered to move us to the room next door but since the AC is central, it would have been the same so we decided to go somewhere else. Not 1 negative thing to say about the staff. They were very nice but unfortunately this hotel is pass due for updates and renovations and NOT a five star.

Modern, western hotel connected by walkway to Shin-Kobe station. Good access to rest of city, especially the cable car to the gardens above Kobe. Hotel is essentially part of a shopping/restaurant center. Well worth the money.
