Hotel is located at a great location which is near to the train stations airport buses walkable distance to the main shopping area seafood market. Rooms are clean and I like the idea that suitcases can be stored underneath the beds. Will definitely come back and stay again.

Pretty new huge hotel with a long line of self check-in machines in the lobby of the over 40 floors building. Very generous supply of amenities every day. Clean and comfortable. Close to supermarket and train station. Mattress too soft for me.

Beautiful property, great rooms and amenities. Good area, well connected Disliked the fact that checkout is very early and extension comes with a heavy fee

I had the best time staying at this hotel. Excellent facilities, great services, good location & nice room. There is a 24 hour 7/11 in the building and another one right across the street. There is a free sauna/onsen that is available to use for all the guests. Fast check in & check out, spacious lobby, 12 elevators, free movies on TV & many other great facilities. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Easy access to the train (there's one right under the hotel & within walking distance from a couple ohers station. Room is compact but everything in there is functional. Definitely would stay here again

it was so great experience. I got best deal price thru traveloka, it's really worth. Hotel location is good, JR Namba Station is just behind the hotel. All facilities were fine. you can self check in and self express check out.

Everything is good. New hotel, easy to travel, near JR and bus, can walk to Shinsaibashi and near various tourist attractions. Can walk, but a bit dusty.

Have a pleasant stay in this hotel. Perfect view, complete facilities.
It’s so close with JR namba station, no need to rush to the airport because the Airport Shuttle Bus is in the next building. Walking distance to Dotonburi in 10mins and other attractions.
Will be my top choice when I visit Osaka again.

The location is good because it is connected to exit 30 of Namba Station.
There are many rooms, so you have to wait in line to take the elevator at certain times or to leave your luggage.
The room is small, lol. But it has everything you need and the facilities are up-to-date.
