I wasn’t here for a luxury stay but was looking for a place to stay for the nights. It did its job. The room was small as expected but I was impressed how it was so clean and efficient.
Recommend being in the main building as it is newer.

We had an amazing stay in Shizuoka! I just didn’t expect that the room was too small. Our luggage seemed too big for the room, although there’s under the bed storage. The room is clean. The staff were so polite. Excellent service.! We had our luggage transferred to our next destination, with a minimal fee. APA is just walking distance to trains, cafe, restaurants, shopping and illlumminations!

We needed an overnight stay near Shizuoka station and it was perfect. APA Hotels are extremely compact but convenient as it has everything you need in a hotel room.

A small and hard to say a luxury one but its cleanliness, easy access from Shizuoka station, nice neighborhood with tons of restaurants and shopping places, easy check-in and out and good communication with the hotel staffs at the price they offer the room make this hotel really outstanding.

This is the second APA hotel we stayed in, on this trip.
Overall, this hotel is also a great hotel. The rooms are excellent, though small. The beds are comfortable and cozy, linens very clean. Rooms are warm, may be a bit too much.
Bathrooms are clean.
The breakfast was excellent, great variety of Japanese items. The food and the service at the restaurant was excellent.

We enjoyed the excellent central location. Easy walk from Shizouka train station . Lots of shops, restaurants & local bars to choose from. Also access to easy driving to local attractions & scenic views of Mt Fuji . Yes we stay again . Very comfortable room for two adults .
