釣りやプールも入れて、スタッフさんも丁寧で親切でとても良かったです。部屋でお茶を飲もうと思ったらティーパックが置き忘れていたけど、電話するとすぐ持ってきて下さいました。

スタッフの方みなさんとても親切でした。外国人の方が多いですが日本語も上手です。子どもが楽しめるようにとても考えられてるので縁日やイベントなど家族みんな楽しく過ごせました。釣りは天候が悪くあまり釣れなかったけど、それでもこちらのホテルを選んでよかったと思います。必ずまた釣りリベンジしにきます！

子供が喜ぶプラン（無料でマス釣り、カニ探し、スタンプラリー）がたくさん用意されており、たくさん笑顔が見れました。スタンプラリーで職員の方に声をかけるのも楽しかったようです。釣れたマスは夕食に唐揚げで出していただいて満足していました。大人からしても、お料理が美味しかったです。

外国人スタッフの方が数人おられましたがとても礼儀正しく親切に対応していただきました。敷地内に釣りができるスペースがあったり子どもが楽しめるような工夫がたくさんしてあって驚きました。夜の部屋食で少しペースが遅かったのが残念でしたがそれ以外はとても満足です。

2回目の宿泊です。ホテルの目の前から無料で24時間釣りができます。昼過ぎ、夜、朝と釣りをしましたが、それぞれで3匹程の釣果でした。前回は2時間程で10匹くらい釣れました。今回はスタッフさんが少なかったですが前回同様、とても親切でした。釣りやすい竿とそうではない竿とがあるので、釣れないときはスタッフさんに声をかけると良いと思います。旅館はサウナ付きですが水風呂がないのが残念、、夕食はビュッフェで、注文後に焼いてくれる淡路牛が美味しかったです。

家族で夏休みの思い出作りに初めて利用させて頂きました。釣りもでき、プールもあり、子供のために楽しい縁日もあり、とっても充実して過ごさせて頂きました。子供達もとても気に入って、また来年行くと言われました

サウナがあるのに水風呂がないのはあり得ないと思った。壁紙で「サウナと冷たいシャワーと外気浴で整いください」みたいなことを書いていたけど何もわかっていない。あと、従業員が部屋の中に入ったら色々と説明してくれるが、慇懃無礼レベル。「いやそんなん見たらわかるわ」と思った。ただその従業員の方はマニュアル通りなのかもしれないので悪くない。外国人の従業員は皆さんとても優しく、ご対応は大変満足だった。ただ、もう行くことはないと思う。
