BAY HOTEL Urayasu Station

Highly recommend when you’re planning to go to Disney especially. Clean, well maintained, quiet, staff are friendly. Will stay again.

The hotel is amazing. Complete amenities, spacious. Accomodating. Very convinient location.

Was a really large room for a family which included a kitchenette area, washing machine and a walk in closet. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was good as it’s next to the train station.

The hotel itself is nice. it's clean and quiet, the room is spacious, staffs are helpful, but the area around the hotel is not much to enjoy. Some restaurants and bars are Japanese-Only.

Love the location of the property. Super near station with eateries and 24 hr supermarket. Multiple local bus rides to disneyland. Not too expensive for a cab ride either if you want to get to disney even earlier to try your best to grab the priority passes. Property was clean and functional. We enjoyed the stay!

Train station very nearby and accessible to bus stop to Disneyland. Seiyu and Pharmacy right in front of the apartment with eateries nearby. Comfortable place to stay at but far from everywhere else.

Very convenient to public transport, shopping and good place to stay. We stayed for six nights.

Convinent location. Five minutes walk from the subway station, very nice reception staff and always with a smile.

Like the location so easy to reach train station and food around the area. Did not like too hot in the wash room and kittchen no air conditioning . So better go in winter time than summer time.

Great location for Disney parks, about 20 - 30 minutes by bus (bus stop just under 5 minutes walk away from hotel). Regular trains to the city, with train station quite close to hotel. Extremely helpful staff members at reception and hard working, reliable cleaning staff.

I have stayed at several other Aparthotels in other countries (the reason I chose this hotel) and I would say this specific hotel wasn’t up to my expectations. Upsides: VERY CONVENIENT for train station, groceries, bus. Toilet in separate room from shower was convenient. Downsides: yes, the room is small, the beds are small (but all pushed together so it made it work for our family of 4), only 3 pillows for 4 people. There are no, I mean NO amenities in the room other than shampoo and conditioner and hand soap. There is a kitchenette but no way to cook anything, no utensils and in fact there are signs telling you what not to use/tapped up saying “do not use”. There isn’t even a hot water kettle. This was not at all the experience I was expecting. Front desk staff was nice but didn’t go out of their way in anyway. If you are visiting to go to Disney, stay closer to Disney. I chose this thinking we would get more of a local experience but instead everything we wanted to do was near Disney which was a 40 min bus ride away.

Overall, this is a great hotel option. the room was a good size, had lots of amenities (kitchen and laundry), and was clean and close to transit options. This is especially a great hotel if you are planning on spending time at Tokyo Disney, as it is quite close on multiple bus lines. The only thing that was slightly cumbersome was that the hotel uses real/physical keys, and they ask that if you are going far from the hotel during the day (or going to Disney) that you leave the key with them instead of taking it with you - I suppose keys have been lost previously - this is not a major detractor, but is an extra step to go through each day if you are planning to explore Tokyo areas while staying at this hotel (many of the main tourist attractions in Tokyo are relatively far from the hotel by transit, as Tokyo is just such a large city!)
