Friendly staff. Coin laundry is a plus. Shinjuku gyoen is within walking distance, we came at the right time during cherry blossom season. Lots of convinience store near the hotel. Minus: limited space for family of 4 just like most accommodation in japan.

The hotel's room is spacious compared to other hotels in shinjuku area. And it comes with fully equipped kitchen. The hotel was satisfying and they even provided free snack during typhoon night. Appreciate that. The only downside was the location. It's quite far from the train station and from shinjuku central

In various corners of the world Citadines is known as a practical and comfortable serviced apartment, including this Citadines Shinjuku Tokyo. Just a shame, in my opinion the location of the property in Shinjuku is a little far from the nearest Metro station, around 800 meters and Shinjuku Station, about 1 km. This is a bit inconvenient if it's raining. For food problems do not have to worry because there are 7 Eleven and Lawson that are always reliable and tens of Izakaya, Ramen, etc. in just 3-5 minutes walk

The hotel is okay, the location is okay. Unfortunately the reception service was not so friendly. Want to ask for a taxi to the airport is very difficult. Not according to the request for a big taxi, no matter the amount of our baggage.
