Better than expected. A very comfortable room with a space very rationally organised, with a charming side added to it (which I wasn’t expecting, then was a great surprise)

Simple, easy and comfortable. This was my 4th stay at Green Rich Tottori and as always the experience reflected these 3 principles. It’s within a 5 minute walk from tottori station and had many local restaurants nearby. At the end of every day the hot spring inside was refreshing. Thank you Green Rich Tottori.

Spend only a night at this hotel. It is 5mins from train station. Some eateries nearby. The car rental shop is 5mins walk from here. The breakfast has plenty of choice.

If you need convenient parking, do not book this hotel. If you are taller than 6 feet, you wont fit in the bathroom. The room listings are all identical so if you pay for Semi double or Double then you still get the same single bed for higher price. It was not convenient. Would never visit again.

Check in was very easy and quick. The room was comfortable, clean and quite spacious for Japan. The spa/bath area was small but clean and very appreicated after a long walk on the sand dunes. Very comfortable bed. The location is convenient for public transportation and there were some nice restaurants nearby.

They won’t prepare amenities for kids because they are free to stay.
I wish they could tell me that I needed to bring.
I thought they would, especially towels and toothbrushes.
