작은 무료온천도 있었고 다들 넘 친절하세요!!! 꼭 다시묵을거같아요 깨끗하고 따뜻한 물이 너무 잘나와요 엄청 넓지도 좁지도않아요 로손도 근처에 요나고역도 근처에 있고 맛집이 많아요

12月の週末に利用しました。一番オススメしたいのが朝食です。カボチャのハニーマスタード煮？が最高に旨かったです。会場の雰囲気も申し分ないです。
何とか平面駐車場に止めれましたが、他の駐車場はすぐ満車になるか遠くまで歩く必要があります。また利用したいです。

I booked this hotel after a storm resulted in trains being canceled. Booking was easy and extremely affordable but they only offered early check-in for an exorbitant fee and refused to take all three of our bags saying the limit was two. We ended up staying only an hour because we were able to find a local train to get out before storms got worse.

朝食がとても美味しかったです。
個人的にはフルーツが色々あればもっと良かったです。
部屋の排水周りが水垢だらけで茶色になっていて汚れが気になりました、帰る前に歯ブラシで擦るとすぐに取れました。

大浴場にはサウナもありました。
気になる点は、雨が窓に当たる音が気になることはありましたが、それを除けばとても快適でした。

スタッフの方もとても親切で良かったです。
ただ女性用大浴場の排水溝の詰まりで浸水状態でお風呂が使用出来なかったのが残念だした

夜遅くまでバタンバタン音がして少し気になった
今回3階の部屋に宿泊したが、シャワーカーテンが凄く臭かった

連泊したがドアにタオル交換希望を貼らないと
タオルがもらえない仕組みより、サービスは最悪であった。
フロントでタオル交換の紙をもらうが
それで済ませようとする姿勢が見える。
連泊してお金をおとすお客様への配慮が全くなく良くこれでサービス業をやってると思う。
あとドアが閉まる音が異常に大きく気になる。
