Amazing hotel for the price, however it is very small, but we made it work. Something to note however is that the breakfast is not in the hotel, but at the nearby Denny's, they give you vouchers.

The bed is important in a hotel. This one was hard like a rock. My back was in pain every day. The hotel did not have any mattress pads to help out. Coffee and tea not replenished except on day 3 cleaning (only clean every 3 days). The location is good near a subway station making the trip to Haneda simple. The room is also too small, even for Japanese standards. Cannot recommend if comfort is at all important to you.

Quite Neighborhood and very secure area. However, room is quite small and only have room clean every three days. You have to go to front desk for refilling. Overall, it’s an ok place to stay short term.

Despite paying $140 a night for this 3-star hotel, the amenities and price point are not justified. There was a lot of construction happening in the building and around so it was noisy at times. Our room smelt wet/mouldy and I noticed the shower curtains were covered with black mould. However, the one thing I looked forward to was seeing the cleaning lady every morning as she was so friendly despite the language barrier. This hotel honestly feels closer to a 2-star given the little amenities and cleanliness.

It’s a business hotel so the room is very compact comparing to a hotel . They give you a coupon to have breakfast at Denny s ? Which was closed to the hotel . Great staffs , the room was clean . Overall I was happy with my stay .

Such a cool spot to be at. You are next to the fish market, next to some really good coffee spot; Turret Coffee. And the staff and host are amazing. There’s a washer/dryer!

The location was perfect, only a walk away from tsukiji station but on a private road so you didn't have loud tourists to deal with near the tsukiji market. Check-in and out was simple and our room was decent, a little small but we were expecting that, overall great experience
