Really great, clean hotel with a wonderful onsen that is included in the price. You can also book massage treatments (for a fee, but fairly priced) to your room, which was really nice after long days walking around. Comfortable bed, pretty good location, and modern hotel. We didn't try the restaurant as there were plenty of great food options in the area. They had plenty of complimentary toiletry items and umbrellas to borrow, which was nice. Based on the onsen alone, would definitely come back!

Awesome hotel, great facilities! Just that the location is abit out of the way, so long as you’re alright with a bit of a 10 to 15 mins walk from Osaka Station. Will recommend this hotel!

Like: sitting space and table in the room; close to Kyoto station; has direct access to 711; sufficient amenities like body lotion and hair gel
Dislike: no hand sanitizers in high traffic areas, restroom in lobby is cramped and not well maintained; closet space is short and on top of coffee area; only one pillow is provided

The property was fine, except the pillows were so hard! I’ve stayed in a few hotels in Japan over the past few weeks and they were the most uncomfortable pillows I’ve experienced! There was little balls or something inside them, not fluff or foam with what you’d usually expect inside a pillow. Not so nice of a surprise:) other than that the property was fine, no tattoos allowed in onsen, as expected within Japan just letting you know!!
