Good security.

Perfect location, run well, outstanding breakfast. Just managed well. I’ll stay there again if I ever make it back to NaHa.

Room is a bit small and parking at the hotel is limited. Overall, it is the convenience to the shopping district which is just right at the doorstep.

Parking is a little tricky

The room on the 10th floor was a comfort room. Room was just really small for comfort room. Bathroom was very nice, but with raised sink, no place to put makeup or brush teeth really. Had great view of parade is why we booked it. Not a bad place, just really small.

On a main thoroughfare but hotel was quiet.

호텔의 위치는 국제거리 중심이어서 매우 좋음. 자체 주차장이 없어서 계약된 주차장을 이용해야하는데 일단 호텔 양 옆의 코인 주차장은 계약 주차장이 아니니 이용하면 안 됨. 2층의 로비에서 직원에게 약도를 받아 주차장을 가야 하는데 가는길이 복잡함.

I booked a triple room, but I didn’t expect that the original triple room was just an extra bed in the double room. I couldn’t open the luggage compartment at all and was very disappointed. However, the room price was much more expensive, but the original room size was not comparable. The floor space has increased. In fact, this is just a double room with one bed, but the price difference is so much! The location is very convenient⋯

Nice location

Parking is discounted but not free - lots are limited and we had to park fairly far away despite returning around 7ish in the evening. The room was too small and there wasn’t enough space to open our luggage. The staff were however super helpful and friendly whenever we had a question.

This was a good hotel in an excellent location. The breakfast buffet was very good.

We arrived late at night but we had no issues whatsoever. The front desk staff was very professional and many spoke English, which was very helpful. The room was clean and had all the amenities you need. The only part that was less than perfect was the space for my luggage, but that was on me. I brought a large suitcase, which didn't fit on the stand. One suggestion to go over the top: offer 1-2 English-speaking channels on TV. Maybe NHK World. But it's not necessary. Location is right on Kokusai Dori, really convenient. Checking out was very easy too. The hotel is only nine floors, so it's not a resort experience, if that's what you are looking for. This hotel fit my needs just right: easy to get in/out, attentive/friendly staff, secure (after a certain hour you need your hotel key to enter) and clean. Good choice for a solo traveler.

Staff are very nice and helpful. Hotel parking is a little bit hard to find but it directly reaches the lobby. Excellent location on the Main Street and close to train station. Highly recommended.

Very nice property in the middle of shopping. Highly recommend!!

Staff were friendly. Could speak good English. Location is really good! In-house carpark is very small but they provide alternative carpark options nearby. Walking distance to Yul rail. There is laundry room next to reception counter.
