i always stay here when i’m in japan. the staff are always friendly and it’s absolutely convenient. ikebukuro has so many trains going through it, so it makes my travel super easy.
also, the breakfast here is always fabulous.

Location is good, in city center, lots of shops and resturants around. 5 minutes walk to Ikebukuro station. Staff is nice. Luggage storage is possible on check-in and check-out date.
Room is generally clean but quite small for 2 persons and a bit old. You are not able to change the temperature of the air cond. All you can only control is “high mid low” of the wind.
In general, not an extraordinary stay but not bad.
