Great location. Literally right outside the gate of USJ. The beds were great. Staff was nice. Room was quiet despite being in USJ main area. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

A bit odd the next day as I was checking out, they said they had not collected the city tax of 300 yen from me when I checked and wanted to collect it as I was leaving. As I had booked and prepaid online, I presumed this was already sorted. Regardless that is an error on behalf of the hotel and chasing me down at check-out seemed a bit weird. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay. It is super convenient when i am working in the area.

Excellent location!! The hotel is in the middle of City Walk, just a minute away from the USJ gate. Room was very clean with nice city view. Hotel staff was very friendly. Breakfast buffet was great with options for Washoku (Japanese style), Yoshoku (Western style) and kids meal. Will definitely stay again!

This hotel is the nearest one to USJ, just a few mins walk. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores around, and is also accessible to anywhere in Osaka. Highly recommended, as this is the only hotel with smoking rooms as well.

The staff were very friendly although English wasn’t spoke. Very well. The room was spacious and clean but a little bit dated. The hotel is in a fantastic location both near the station and a stones throw from Universal Studios. The only criticism that I have would be regarding the lady who was operating the Universal Ticket Desk in the hotel - she was quite rude in her manner which is so unlike Japanese staff.
