有料ですがスーパー銭湯へ部屋着で行けます。料金は部屋付できます。一度入館料を払うとチェックアウトまで何度でも入れるという事です。温泉もあり、ぬるめの炭酸浴もあり、3世代で楽しめます。休憩室も充実していました。
商業施設と直結しており、買い物食事も天気を気にせず楽しめました。

I love the covered area for taxi pickup. It was very convenient to wait for a car during bad weather. Also enjoyed that it was directly connected to a nice shopping mall.

Spacious rooms. Very modern. Excellent shopping & food court options. It is located on top of a mall. Would definitely stay again.

I don’t like their checking-in system which is very unfair and unpractical. I’m not blaming the self check-in system, but I’m paying a certain amount of money to stay with hotel and I should get a same level of service for other guest. Face to face checking-in fee should be included in my fee. Why do I have to do this myself ? like a do it yourself.
A double room with a bathtub is enough space for solo traveler , maybe is good enough for 2 people. As the hotel location, a room is a little bit bigger than the typical hotels in Tokyo. There’s many big trailers/lollies are passing nearby , hence There are 24 hours tragic noises. The breakfast was less attractive than the last year. If you to be in Ariake, maybe an ideal place otherwise it’s too inconvenient for tourists.

The area is very quiet, with easy access to public transportation and to the airport.
The rate I was given during my stay compared to similar hotels around the area was more affordable, and they offered many basic amenities including laundry and pajamas.
I feel the major downside is that for more seasoned travelers who know their way around Tokyo, there may be better locations out there to choose as your base. For example, out of all the locations I visited in Tokyo I came to really like Akihabara, so for my next visit I may book a hotel in that area instead.
Otherwise I like this location for its proximity to the Big Sight and attending events there. Its a great option for first time travelers who don't want to be overwhelmed by crowds.

Liked newer Ariake area. Limited dining options nearby but plenty of convenience store food options nearby.
The beds are far too hard. Need downy comforters on top of matteesses and need to have more than one pillow.
The laundry facilities and options and info on your room tv were quite good.

I stayed this hotel couple time because i like it. This time I have a frustrated to book through the expedia. The very normal check in 3pm and check out 11am was showed in the booking. But the room details have a tricky points were the CI 8pm CO 9am that you have to roll down to find out. CI and CO is a short form from check in 8pm and check out 9am. This was a totally different from the booking showing on the expedia confirmation. And I have to checked out at 9am and paid for Cad249 regular price. This experience teaching me read carefully from expedia.
