We loved our stay! When our flight changed, they helped us book a few extra days with no issues. They spoke good enough English to help us and had great toiletries options. Bed was pretty decent size as we are two pretty big Americans. Shower was a good size as well. Room is obvs small, as expected for Tokyo but it worked alright for us, 2 larger than average people with 4 suitcases. Tv can screencast with your phone and WiFi worked well. We anlso loved staying in ikebukuro, enough away from the hustle and bustle but still very walkable. All in all, a great stay! Will likely stay again.

Perfect place for the price point but my only problem is it’s pretty far from the closest train station, which is a problem if you’re staying here around winter time.
Now, it’s not that far out of context but pretty far if you’re shivering.
The place itself is in a quiet part of Ikebukuro but a quick walk away from a lively area of the city so it’s definitely a good place to stay. I’ll be back here if it’s summer time.

The staff was very helpful and made my 6 day stay very comfortable even though I speak only English. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Pros:
1) Walkable to JR Ikebukuro station in about 10 mins.
2) Cleansing oil, lotion, washing towel, bathing sponge, etc are provided. Ladies no need to bring these items.
Cons:
1) Toilet door is open outward so need be careful no one outside toilet.
2) Wi-Fi not very stable inside room.
3) Need move hot kettle to elsewhere to boil water since no more plug nearby.

Overall our stay was pleasant. The only thing that wasn’t pleasant was the smell in the bathrooms. It was like old rags had been left in the washer too long. I had two rooms and it smelled the same in both. Other than that, things were good.

Budget place to stay if you just need a space to sleep
The distance to JR is a bit far, take 10-15 mins after 7 shopping days with 2 luggage and few bags
The pillow is too low
Overall is fine with this level of spending
Will go again in future if the place is right

I loved my stay. It was on a quiet side and less crowded which was great. I got a bit of break from being in Tokyo. They have lots of free stuff which I didn’t know. So next time, forget to bring the shampoo, facial cleaning supplies, and other toiletry. The hotel has it for you for free! I wished I knew about it sooner. Sometimes they host vendors on the first floor, so check them out. I bought some nice crystals

The property was comfortable for 2 adults & 1 child in a room with 3 single beds joined together. It was 10min walk to Sunshine City Mall & 15min walk to JR station. Close to K books and 7-11 convenience store. The room is cleaned every 4th day but fresh towels everyday being eco policy and staff had good English and helpful.
