This place is a jewel. Gorgeous rooms, terrific bathing area, and staff that is exceptional. It’s located a bit away from the action, but their shuttle service to the station works very well. I felt we got great value.

Very nice hotel, very kind people, nice breakfast. A lot of choose, a very nice onsen. The staff was great. Everything was perfect. The room is spacious, everything you need. Very good hotel and also not so far for sightseeing and very good shuttle service from train station to hotel and more times daily.

It's little far if you take a walk to hotel from Kanazawa station but there's a bus we could use only for the people who stay at this hotel so it was not a problem. The quality of hotel was really awesome. It was nice and quiet. The room was comfortable.

Regular shuttle bus makes the hotel as convenient as nearby the train station. Buffet breakfast is with great variety and plentiful. Service is good and staffs are very welcoming. Lounge with free beverage is definitely a plus. Room is clean, spotless, with amenities provided. Parking space is provided free. Coin laundry facility is available despite we did not use during our stay.

My girlfriend Had a wonderful birthday there. Especially thanks to kazue Nomura, sakurako is hiss and manamei seki for helping me to arrange birthday cake and booking restaurant ..etc

Great hotel with amazing service, very attentive with welcome tea. They are not in the centre but have frequent complimentary shuttle bus from/to the train station. They also have luggage storage facilities at the station. Good breakfast. They put the country flags of their guests in reception which is a nice touch.

This hotel is just freaking fantastic. That's all you really need to know.
But, to write more, everything about the Sainoniwa is wonderful. The staff is exceptionally detailed oriented and helpful. They think of everything. The hotel is new and beautiful.
The only quibble is the location in Kanazawa. It's not quite near the center of town. But, it's absolutely worth it, and the hotel runs a shuttle twice an hour.
I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Kanazawa.

It’s not possible that in a “new hotel”the air conditioner doesn’t work, cause you only have the option of warm or cold and hotel choose it for you, even your room in the day is a Sauna.
I try to fix it both days, but they only offer me that I can open the window.
