The hotel room as just as advertised with no hidden surprises. This hotel is self check-in, and despite being my first time as such it was no hassle at all. All the information you need is sent to you weeks prior to arrival. The room itself was clean and spacious and housed the three of us well. Great place if you're staying in Osaka and want to be close to transport and shopping outlets.

Stayed here for 5 days. Very lovely appartment. Grocery store right across the road, which was very convenient. Local bus very close but train is about a 15 minute walk. We would stay again.

Great space however quite far from the train station
very convenient supermarket within 2 min walk.
Loved the bunk beds could pay to have toothbrushes. Also you have to set up other beds yourself so after a long walk prepare for that instead of straight away sleeping.
They also have detergent next to washing machine and dish washing liquid next to the sink.
Apart from the location I really enjoyed this.
To check in you receive all the details in advance. After the entrance to the property there’s a gigantic locked door where you put the pin and then unlock. Then you go up to your floor and put in another pin for the door to the apartment.

A practical, clean and safe option for a family visiting from overseas. Checkin is a bit tricky so research it before hand. When entering your room for the first time tap on the glass to reveal a key code (took us 5 mins to figure that out after a tiring flight!)

The check-in was extremely slow and not properly automated. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The lack of amenities were not disclosed until after booking. The code system used for unlocking the doors was unnecessarily complicated and should have used NFC or QR codes.

We liked this hotel overall - it was safe, clean, in a good area, close to shopping and dining, was about 15min to JR. Only thing we did not like were the beds - they were incredibly hard and uncomfortable and that’s saying a lot when we typically enjoy harder beds.

Fantastic place to stay, train station within 10 minute walking distance. Washing machine and the dryer room in shower cubicle is a great plus. Grocery store 2 minute walk away ideal for cooking small meals in kitchenette.

Has modern Japanese toilet and bath is a plus and the basic bath amenities. No clothes detergent and no fresh towels even with the complimentary room cleaning for staying seven days. Which was not clearly communicated until it was too late to opt for cleaning. Front desk chat says active but will take at least 4 mins to answer a simple question. Beds area marginal in comfort as they are just layers of futon. Location is far from subways and trains. Nearest one is 15mins away. Have stayed in much better places with similar facilities. 2 out of 5 stars at max.

The property itself was great. We are a family of 4 and the room we had offered enough space for all of us. It has a kitchen and washing machine too. It is around 10-15 mins walk from the station and close to many local restaurants. Check-in was a bit hassle though as it has no reception and everything had to be done online. It was not a great experience for a first-time visitor like me.

Decent accommodation and it's within walking distance to Osaka station, food and restaurants. Check-in is confusing to someone who doesn't read the instruction, and past reviews are not helpful. As soon as you walk in, sign on to wifi for better reception, scan the QR code from the left tablet, and enter your personal information and hotel confirmation#, call the host using the tablet on the right, he will provide you with everything you need to gain access to your room. I will come back again.

Great hotel- shame the check in experience was bad
The check in was completely remote but not set up properly. This meant luggage storage and other such basics are not available.
In addition the the back up solution they outlined was not suitable for Europeans as it used a service called Line which is not widely used
