Very clean and comfy place .. station access from hotel directly, and close to many places by walking

The snack and the food offered by The club lounge is disappointed. As a frequent traveller, I never seen so many supermarket snacks such as madalene, chocolate, KitKat bar etc. Honestly, the room and the staff service are excellent. But the dining will let me hesitate to stay again in the coming April Nagoya trip

Amazing view and good location.

It was a comfortable stay, we had the triple bedroom, bed and pillows were comfortable. The room was new and clean and the night view was beautiful.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! The breakfast was absolutely spectacular, complete, fresh, and so delicious, great view from the room is incredible, complete, huge, so great! The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, always ensuring everything was just right. The hotel itself is very elegant and modern. Overall, an excellent stay, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it!

Our stay in Nagoya was overall enjoyable, but this hotel came with its fair share of quirks. Let’s start with the positives. The room we stayed in was massive—especially by Japanese standards—and the view was absolutely incredible. Breakfast was also a highlight, offering a good selection to start the day. We had club lounge access, which was a nice touch, though honestly, I wouldn’t go out of my way to pay extra for it if it wasn’t included. That said, there were a few downsides. The hotel is situated right above the train line, and the noise really carries. There’s even a note in the room explaining this, with earplugs offered if it becomes an issue. For light sleepers, this might be a deal-breaker. We also experienced a minor hiccup with the cleanliness of the room, but to the hotel’s credit, the staff were incredibly responsive and resolved the issue quickly. I’d chalk it up to a one-off oversight. As for the location, I can’t really comment since we had a car (parking is 2,500 yen per night). However, Nagoya itself was wonderful, and despite a few setbacks, we had a pleasant stay. If you’re not bothered by train noise, this hotel has a lot to offer!

Property was new and convenient, near train station. Felt luxuries with the overall ambience of the hotel. Keep it up. Service was also excellent.

The staff is very kind and patient. They helped us with getting to our next destination and showed us where the clinic was when I fell ill on the trip. Very clean, spacious rooms. Just be aware that the bathroom sink is not separated by a wall so may make it hard to change if you’re in a group.

Modern hotel close to train station and walkable area to plenty of res and high end shopping.

The view from the hotel room was amazing.

Easy access to Nagoya station via the Aonami line for schlepping your luggage or on rainy days. 15 minute walk through the crowds when you want to people watch. The VIP bit was access to their lounge area with drinks and hor d’ouvres and that was good at the end of a day. Don’t believe the room photo you see. There are four corner room on each floor. When you send me a note that I’ve been given VIP status and a picture of an upgraded room you tend to believe that will be what my room will look like. Check with hotel if that is something you really want. I did not push for an upgrade because the standard room did everything I needed it to except provide hooks/bars for my robe and towel. Easy access to convenience stores on street level.

風景、設備不錯，但廁所上通風口灰塵厚到不行有點嚇到、枕頭扁到這幾天沒睡好、棉被跟被芯常常蓋著就分離。 服務缺點只有櫃檯英文多數沒有很好，語言障礙時，他們會再找比較好的同事來說明，但高級飯店應該要有基本英文對話能力才對。 早餐只有現作的地方有變化，其他每天都不變
