Excellent stay!! Loved our location here in Tokyo. Comfy beds and nice room. Spacious enough for 2 big suitcases. Beautiful views of the city. Can’t recommend this hotel enough. Breakfast options weren’t the best but plenty of places to eat around here instead.

OMO5 is a great hotel! The hotel is in a convenient location, about a 5-7 minute walk to the train station. You can also ask the staff at the front desk to request a taxi to pick you up downstairs if you prefer to catch a taxi. The lobby is nice and cozy, there is a bathroom, smoking room, nursing room, and a small dog friendly garden park outside of the main lobby. The elevators were always not over crowded, along with the lobby and the hallway areas. There are resturaunts and a couple of coffee shops right below the hotel. There is also a lawson right next to the hotels street level floor, family mart is around the corner, and 711 is not far down street. The hotel rooms were really clean, spacious, with nice ambient lighting throughout the room. I really enjoyed staying at this hotel, i highly recommend!

Super, super clean and convenient hotel. Friendly staff. Walking distance from train station, bus station, restaurant and temple. It’s not luxurious, but we loved our stay on this hotel.

The hotel is less than a year old so everything is brand spanking new. Our room was spacious and functionally laid out. Front desk service is competent, restaurant staff is excellent.
During our stay, there were guests with loud barking dogs, and on other days American tourists with a couple of unruly kids making a ruckus early in the morning in the hallway and during breakfast. Unfortunately, these incidents are out of control of the hotel, but were unpleasant nonetheless.

Our stay was wonderful! We loved everything about the OMO 5 Gotanda. The decor, the cleanliness, the food and friendly staff were perfect. The location was also great. There was easy access to train lines, but the Gotanda neighborhood was also fun. Plenty of great food and shopping. If you stay here you must have the Japanese breakfast. We will definitely stay here again when we return.

オープンしたてで人生初の星野グループでした。1-14階までのエレベーターが少し遅いと感じましたが、14-20階はとても早いですw 中庭もロビーもとても綺麗でWi-Fiもとても早いです。タオルも過去一の吸水性で何枚か欲しいくらいでした。欠点はチェックイン後部屋の洗面器のタオルのかけ棒に前宿泊者のつけまつ毛が残っていたのがありました。死ぬほど笑いました。ですが忙しすぎてちゃんと掃除できてないのかな？と思われるかもしれないですね。あと窓際で自分は寝てたのですが、一日中軋む音がしてたのは風なのか、上下の階の影響なのか、高所恐怖症の妻は怖がって部屋の中央から窓側には一歩も足を踏み入れなかったです。総合して価値ある一泊でしたが、他の星野も試して再評価しようと思います

Clean, friendly staff, easily accessible to public transportation, restaurants and convenient stores. In my opinion, it would be nice if there are more light on each floor. It’s a little bit darkness. However, we are really enjoyed staying there.

There are 2 stations nearby just depends on the train route.
Also, there are so many restaurants e.g. ramen. In the same building, there is a high level food court.
I have booked the superior room with > 300sq feet. It is quite big and able to sleep for 4-6 people including 2 single beds, 2 sofa beds and the additional tatamis.
