１月にATCホールで予定があり、１室４名で探していた所、こちらの施設がこの近辺ではかなりお手頃価格だった為予約しました。
本来、西日本最大の研修施設との事で、正確にはホテルではありませんが、滞在時間が深夜０時〜朝までとホテルの滞在時間も長くない為、何の問題もなかったです。
2段ベッド×2台と、普段の宿泊ではあまり使う事がないベッドでしたが、上段でも結構熟睡でき、思ったより快適でした。
ただ、ご年配の方は上段はやはり難しいと思いますのでご注意された方が良いとは思います。
メンバー皆に好評だったのは大浴場で、足を伸ばしてゆっくり入れると喜んでおり、これでこの値段は破格だね❗️と言っておりました。
一点少し残念だったのがチェックインの件で、１６時頃に伺ったのですがフロントにスタッフは３名在中で、内１名は電話対応に追われており、結果受付は２名で対応されておられました。
チェックインのスタッフの１名は外国の方の様で、対応に時間が大変掛かっており、結局順番が来るまで２０分位は待っていた気がしました。
土曜の宿泊で、元々混み合う曜日とは思いますが、チェックイン時間はフロントにスタッフをもっと集めた方が良いのでは、と思ったのと、チェックインの必要書類をプリントアウトするプリンターの位置がやや遠く、導線が余り良くなく為、移動でいちいち時間を取られていたと見受けられましたので、フロントの物の位置を検討された方が良いのでは、と思いました。
しかし、総合的には楽しく快適に過ごさせて頂き、良い滞在となりました。

Wasn't expecting a lot from this location as the price was quite low. Bed was very uncomfortable and bathroom was quite cramped, nut you get ehat you pay for

Fabulous property that features a great onsen bath facility along with sauna and outside foot bath. The only problem with this property is that it is a healthy walk from public transportation. It is convenient to INTEX as I was here for the marathon. INTEX is about a block away. There is also no other shops and restaurants in the area except for a Family Mart and a 7-11 near the station. The property has a buffet breakfast which I did not try but is available.

インテックス大阪で仕事があったので宿泊しました。インテックスまでは至近距離です。しかしながら周りにレストランなど食事をする場所は皆無です。ファミリーマートが唯一あったので毎日ファミリーマートでした。スタッフは親切で色々おしえてくれますがタクシーは来ませんのでお急ぎの方は事前に対策を練られた方が良いと思います。

シャワーのお湯が出ない時があり、大変焦りました。また、トイレが壊れていました。
裸にガウンを着て、代替えの部屋を何回も往復しました。
次の日、その様子をフロントの女性に説明したら、時折笑っていました。
信じられない、ここで私が体験したことです。
どんなことがあっても2度と行きません！

ホテル周辺にコンビニがないのが分かっていたので、ホテル内にある売店があると安心していましたが営業していなかった。
空調もとても古く殆ど暖まらず寒かった。
インテックス大阪で試験があり近かった為泊まりましたが、もう2度と宿泊したくないです。

まず、部屋の清掃が行き届いていない。埃や、ラーメンの汁のようなものが気になりました。

駐車場は、空いてないです。近くのホテルの駐車場に停め、2千円払いました。
冷房の記載しかなく、クチコミも布団が薄いとか、部屋が寒いとかあったので、家から毛布を持参しました。確かに掛け布団は薄かったです。暖房が使えたので、部屋は暖かでした。新館の、2段ベット2台の部屋を利用しましたが、上段に寝た子どもたちが寝返りを打つたびにベットがキュリキュリ音を立てるので、下段に寝た夫がうるさくて眠れませんでした。長テーブルが2台と椅子が2つあり、荷物を置いたり手紙を書いたりするのに便利でした。ドアの横に棚があったのと、上着掛けが広く、下にカバンが置けたので良かったです。
大浴場があり、ありがたかったのですが、洗い場は多すぎに対して浴槽は小さいです。浴槽の湯が何かカビ臭くて嫌で、サウナで身体を温めて上がりました。
あと、新館には自販機がないので、置いてもらえたらお風呂上がりに飲めるので便利だと思います。
朝食バイキングも、私たちには充分でした。土曜日に格安で泊まれたので、ありがたかったです。

少し掃除が行き届いてないかなというところはありましたが、おおむね綺麗です。水周りとポットはもう少し清潔にして欲しいです。
チェックアウト後も荷物を預けられるので、非常に有難かったです。
皆さん愛想の良い方で対応の悪い方はいませんでしたが、チェックアウト後の荷物を出してくれた方はほぼ無言で荷物の出し入れをされたので少し宜しくないなとは感じました。一言話しかけた時などリアクションがないのはあまりいい気分はしません。
設備として電子レンジがないのが不便すぎますので設備をお願いしたいです。一応近くにセブンイレブンは有りますが、温めてもらっても確実に冷める距離なので……
一番の難点ですが、一応宿泊施設なのに宿泊者のスーツケースの事をほぼ考えられていない出入口です。スロープはありません。
あとこのサイトで予約した額と当日の金額900円違いました。
