The staff were very polite and helpful. The hotel is in an excellent location for access to train, bus, and monorail (direct line to Itami Airport). While the building is a little older, everything is clean and well-maintained. This was my second time staying at the hotel.

The staff was highly professional and welcoming, and the space well appointed and spacious. Only disappointment was the pool, which seems permanently closed in spite of its mention on Expedia.

we love this hotel because its old style and classic.
everything works as it should but it needs redecoration however i like it very much as it is.
rooms are very quiet and i love the space in the rooms.
i struggle with Japanese hard mattresses so bring my own top up mattress then i have a lovely comfortable stay. we would love for this hotel to remain open and have a paint job done. its a lovely classic hotel.

I got a reasonable price for this hotel. It's located nearby the expo park. The hotel itself is dated as the building in cold war era. The aisle to the room is smelly, but not inside the room, though it's a bit dusty. You can park a car go directly to the room floor but the same lift.

Stayed here for two nights as it was close to Osaka University campus and direct transportation to Osaka Itami airport and central Osaka. Convenient location and a very good hotel. Above all, the staff and their service were really great. Highly recommend.

This was my first time to stay at Senri Hankyu. Due to unforeseen circumstances we checked in at midnight. Still, we received very considerate service and a nice room. While it is an older property, it is well maintained and in this way retains its grace and a nice atmosphere. Our room was roomy and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. Overall, a good choice for us marked by courteous service.
