This place is very cheap but you can still use Onsen bath right by the main hotel building. There is a beautiful beach in 2 mins walk.

チェックインの際など従業員の方々の接客対応はとても感じが良かったです。お部屋、お風呂などの清掃がイマイチでした。別館に宿泊したからかなぁ…。

ホテル併設のコンドミニアム型マンションでした。団地に近い？階段がなくて4階まで上がるのに荷物が大変でしたが、格安で家族でゆっくり出来ました。ホテルの大浴場も無料でゆっくり入れます♪

部屋に入ってすぐ、スリッパがないか探していたら、床の清掃が…なんかスクラッチ削った後のようなカスとか髪の毛がありました
簡易スリッパは結果なくて床が冷たく、靴下をスリッパがわりにして過ごしました
他水回りなどは綺麗でしたが、室内の匂いが臭くてこもっていたので窓を開けようとしましたが開かず…
トイレの窓は開いたのでそこと玄関を開けてエアコンつけっぱなしにして空気回しました。部屋の消臭スプレーが置いてあったのでそーゆうことかと…残念でした

マンションの部屋を宿泊施設に改修しています。5階建てですがエレベータはありません。またマンションの雰囲気は不気味でした。二度目の利用はありえません。

2階に滞在しましたが、下の階がスナックで夜中までカラオケしていて、音が丸聞こえでうるさくて眠れなかった。宿泊施設としては滞在させる場所ではないと思います。

古いアパートを宿泊施設に改装したものです。建物の外観と階段はとても古いのですが、室内は清潔でした。大きなベッドが２つ、トイレ、シャワー、電子レンジ、冷蔵庫、大型テレビがありました。タオル・浴衣、鍋や食器は別料金です。すぐ近くにある有名な海月館のフロントでチェックインし、大浴場を含む海月館の施設を使えます。この金額で洲本温泉の展望大浴場に入れるのなら、リーズナブルです。また泊ってもいいと思います。

排水溝が臭くて部屋まで臭っていました。
鍵のキーチェーンが壊れていました。
キッチンの壁が汚れていました。
部屋は古くて不気味な感じでした。
素泊まりでもこの値段では高いと思います。もう泊まる事はないと思いました。
部屋は2つありリビングもあって広いです。
同じグループのホテルが前にあって、露天風呂がある温泉を利用出来る事はとても良かったです。

恐らくはアパートを改装したタイプの部屋なので部屋自体はキレイですが、それ以外には年記を感じる。
また、近所の方が野良猫を餌付けしているため気になる人には、、、
後は、駐車場、ホテル自体がかなり分かりにくい

アパートを改造していることと値段と比較すると値段相応かと思います。トイレが和式から洋式に改造したからか、便器の前が10センチくらいしかなく少し不便。古くて傷んでる部分もありますが、そこは許容範囲内でした。ただもう少し清掃などで清潔感を出せる工夫は欲しいと思いました。数日の滞在で自炊もして寝泊りと食事代を抑えたい人におすすめです。
