Thank you for resolving the issue with the lack of ventilation in the room I was initially assigned. I was able to enjoy a comfortable stay in a pleasant room. The breakfast was excellent, and the proximity to the station made transportation very convenient. I plan to stay here again in the future.

The hotel location was great, closed to station and easy to find food as it's located nearby. The hotel's staff was friendly and we can put our luggage even after checked out time. Very recommended

This hotel is in a good location, near MRT and shopping center, restaurants. Quite far from city center, but you can find stuffs also near hotel so it's not a problem. Service is excellent, foods are delicious, bedroom is very clean. Many people are complaining because room is small. But come on, it's Japan. This room space is ok for Japan:)

Small room like the usual japanese hotel, but the staff were very responsive and excellent in service, great location less than 5 minutes walk from esaka station, surrounded by convenient store, uniqlo, starbucks.

Take the family to stay in good service. The bathroom is good. There are soap, shampoo, massage cream, facial cleansing foam. The room is spotless. But the room is a bit small Non-smoking rooms, but still have a cigarette smell. The room doesn't just sound The hotel is close to the metro station. Like it. If coming again, will stay here.
