Less than 7 minute walk to 2 different train stations. Several grocery stores around. Check in process very simple and convenient. You can store your bags if you arrive early, as there is no early check in.

Great location. Room had a kitchenette which we didn’t use but nice to have the option of cooking too. Our room had a generous amount of space which was an unexpected bonus.

Recommend for family to stay in Osaka. The room is new, clean and comfortable. Not far from shisaibashi station. My kids want to stay here again when we come back. I forgot souvenir pillow at the room and the host send it to my brother who travel in Fukuoka and will back later than me. It’s free of charge!! Appreciated!!

Well in the middle of the night someone set off the alarm to the building and we couldnt get a hold of anyone. The QR code was not available at all even during the day time.

Location was convenient and close to transportation, shopping and food. Lack of elevator made it hard to move heavy luggage up multiple flights of stairs. The dish sponge in our room had hair on it and we saw a cockroach in our room the first night.

We loved the options for different room types. Travelling as a family of 5 means we needed space and this property allows for us to stay in 1 room together comfortably. The check in and check out procedures are also well laid out. The luggage lockers are available even if you have checked out of the room.

Recommend for family to stay in Osaka. The room is new, clean and comfortable. Not far from shisaibashi station. My kids want to stay here again when we come back. Easy check in and check out process. Property located close to the main tourist area but kind of hidden to prevent the crowd. Big lockers for storage luggages before check in time and after check out time makes the vacation ease. And the laundry is free to use which added the convenience to our trip.

The apartments were nice and fit our family of 5 (two rooms). Convenient as is is close by Shinsaibashi subway station and lots of shopping/eating options close by. Wish the outer door to the two rooms also had a code to enter, as did each of the apartments. Also the bathroom smelled a little ‘mildewy,’ even though it was clean. Would have been nice to have staff on-site during ‘business hours’ to answer questions, but there is no staff as is this is a guest house.

離心齋橋不遠，雖然空間不大要打開大行李箱需要移到門口，但設備滿齊全的，加上1樓交誼廳可以吃飯聊天，整體cp值不錯，但要注意沒有電梯，行李重的話需要有壯丁

立地は最高です。ご飯に行くのには申し分ないです。5階の部屋でしたが、ELVがないのは残念でした。。。でも施設内は綺麗でとても満足出来ました。アメニティ類が一階などで自由にピックアップ出来たらとても良いと感じました。

저렴한 가격에 깨끗하고 잘 정돈되어 있는 호텔입니다. 4인 가족이 이용했는데 오사카 여행의 특성 상 호텔에서 지내기보다는 주로 밖에서 활동하고 숙소에 들어와서 씻고 잠을 자는 목적이었는데 이런 목적에 매우 적합했습니다. 에어컨은 매우 빵빵하게 잘 나왔고 침대도 편안했으며 깨끗하고 쾌적했습니다. 2실 커넥팅룸을 이용했는데 커넥팅 부위에 전자렌지 개수대 인덕션 전기포트가 있었고 기본적인 접시 수저가 준비되어 있었습니다. 다만, 욕실에서 찬 물이 잘 안나와서 불편했는데 뜨거운 물은 매우 잘 나와서 씻기에는 어려움은 없었습니다.

これ以上ないと言っても過言ではないと思います。ドラム式全自動洗濯機が２台あり、液体洗剤も完備。
普通に良かったのですが、強いて言えば他の方の口コミにあるかと思いますが、下記が気になりした。ただ、それらがあったとしてもまた、利用したいと思いました。

・部屋のトイレが小さい
※身体が大きい人は落ち着いて用をたせないかも
・風呂はユニットバスのため、少し小さめ。
・階段しかなく、４階に宿泊した私達は毎回４階まで行き来し、少しつかれました。
・見える部分の清掃はバッチリでしたが、
カーテンを開けたら埃が少しあったのが気になりました。※細かくてすいません。

観光場所などへのアクセスがとても便利でした。子供含めて6人で利用したのですが、２部屋どちらもお風呂が狭い。あと、エレベーターがあったら尚！良かったなと思いました。
