The hotel is nice, self check out, the staff is also friendly but the room is very small. Located in the elite Ginza area. A bit far from the train station. The nearest station has quite high stairs, not recommended for bringing suitcases.

Strategic location, room was quite small for 2 people with 2 luggage. Other than that, it was quite impressive. They provided amenities that you can take at the lobby floor. Check in was fast. Cleanliness of the room and bathroom was good. They have free coffee machine and every floor has an ice maker machine.

Room is a bit outdated but at least it was clean. They have limited housekeeping which means if you requested for cleaning, they only picks up your trash, replace towels and tissue. Location is great.

The hotel facility is clean but the service is not good. On the last night, we went to the front desk to ask for late check-out till 2 PM. The hotel front desk personnel asked us to wait for about 5-10 min and then came back that we will be charged 50% of the room charge for late check-out till 2 pm. OMG! The guy didn't even blink when he said that and insisted that the check out time is 11:00 am. After having us wait for so long, he came back and told us such a ridiculous info. We have traveled all over the world and never met a hotel with absolutely no flexibility in check out time, no matter how full the hotel is. Definitely not going back to this hotel.

Get the room on the upper floors facing the street for a 'view' from the window, otherwise you'll get a tinted glass window which can make you feel a bit claustrophobic. The rooms ade crazy small, but that's Japan for you.
