I had a wondering stay here. The room was immaculately clean. Comfortable bed. Large bathroom. Very close to the Yutenji station and easy to get into Shibuya. I would love to stay here again.

What I loved about this stay was that it was in a residential area but steps away from small shops and restaurants and the metro system. One stop away from Naka-meguro and a few from shibuya. Highly recommend!

Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. Exterior renovations will be occurring September 17-Dcember 20, 2024 from 8:30 AM-6 PM (excluding Sundays ). During this time scaffolding will obstruct room view, and guests are requested to close their guestroom windows and curtains while workers are outside. Guests will hear construction related noises and smell paint odors during this time. Housekeeping service is provided weekly for stays of 7 nights or more. Additional housekeeping is available on request for the listed optional service fee. Trash collection and towel exchange are provided daily, on request for no charge.

Great , quiet area within a couple of minutes of the station, which can get you in to Shibuya etc. in no time.
Supermarkets etc. local too, and although small, the room was clean and comfortable- good value pricing too,

The location was in a quiet neighborhood. But the express trains do not stop at Yutenji (closest station) so sometimes there's a bit of a wait and the dining options are not as robust. Rooms were comfortable size (for Japanese standards) but the bed can be a bit hard for those used to US hotels.

This hotel is very comfortable, well equipped rooms with laundry, only hotel in a great neighbourhood. If you want a high end hotel this isn't for you but if you want a reliable place to rest your head without any trouble that's close to transportation and good neighbourhoods then consider this place. I plan to stay here again next time I am in Tokyo.

this is a good little hotel in a local area. The rooms are small but adequate. Few minutes walk to the station. The neighbourhood is quiet but still has quite a few restaurants and bars.

The location is excellent and it's nice having a washer/dryer . The kitchenette is useful in theory but with two people staying there we found the room is so small I can't imagine using it and eating a meal at home.
The main gripe for me is the cleanliness of the room. There were many visible stains on the carpet and walls and the bathroom constantly smelled of mildew. It was hard to feel at home in these conditions

Tokyu Stay Meguro Yutenji was home to us for almost 3 weeks and we were very happy with the experience. The rooms were slightly larger than those of other Tokyo hotels we’ve stayed in the past, we enjoyed the daily free coffee and hot chocolate, the lobby was small but charming, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Another aspect of this property we loved was the location. The quiet residential neighborhood was a big plus and there were a number of convenience stores, good restaurants, even shops in the immediate area. It was also conveniently located just minutes from Yutenji station. Definitely on our list of nice places to stay when in Tokyo.

Pretty clean, cozy. Super cost-effective these days. Equipments and home appliances were very useful (Thanks to the washing machine that provides dry feature I didn't have to go to coin laundry.)
One nitpick: Wi-Fi is not super fast (~ 10Mbps usually). Please take that into account. However I would visit the hotel again if there are any second chances.

The hotel itself is ok. Comfortable but a little tight by American Standards. I was good by myself, but if there were 2, even as a couple, it would have been tight. There's a washing machine and dryer but it takes 6 hours to do a load and it still wasn't dry. Fortunately, there's a balcony and it was a sunny day so some things air dried. You rent movies by buying a code card in the hallway but otherwise the TV was good (except CNN is dubbed in Japanese during the day). Staff was very nice and helpful. They called a taxi for me and offered to help with my luggage, but I took it myself. For a comfortable, inexpensive and convenient hotel, this was perfect.
