Beautiful property close to everything and the staff was so helpful and friendly. My 4 teenage sons were happy with breakfast and we loved the big rooms and big television. Great hotel for a family or a couple.

Great place to stay. I wish we could have stayed longer. It is right across the street from a great market and beautiful castle. The staff were amazing at every interaction. The breakfast spread was delicious.

Pleasantly surprised that they provide breakfast, albeit very simple. Perhaps I failed to notice at the time of making the booking that they provide breakfast. Disappointed with the wee bit small toilet but greatly disappointed with the cheap tap mixer which practically is not able to deliver water at the requisite temperature. Added woe is that the shower shares the same basin mixer, hence, you will have to pull open the shower screen to reach the mixer control. Also, the sound of water gushing through the plumbing system is awfully loud.

Average hotel with average breakfast provided. Sometimes we needed to wait a long time to be helped at the front desk. Location isn’t really close to where tourists are looking to go in the area, but there are bus stops close by so that helps.

I didn't like that the staff didn't help us with filling the luggage delivery service file. Breakfast was also very limited, needed more variation, but the food was ok No bath powder for offering

The worst bed I have ever slept in in my life. The staff has very little English communication skills. Location is close to some restaurants and a temple which is very nice. The rooms were clean but were cleaned every 2 to 3 days. The free breakfast is very lacking and definitely more of an Asian style. I left a photo of the horrible box spring mattress and its mattress topper which felt like cardboard wish I could stay somewhere else it was the worst part about visiting Japan and I stayed at 4 other hotels during my visit.

Very late check in could not check in until 4pm. Cards had to be replaced due to lock outs. Beds and pillow very hard and uncomfortable. Towels replaced each day but no house keeping for our multiple night stay. No Western style breakfast available eg toast or cereal would have been nice. A local tax was unexpectedly added to our bill. The hotel is however in a fantastic location close to mi jo jo castle and restaurants. Staff did try to accommodate and were very friendly

The breakfast was terrible. The coffee machine didn't work. The orange juice dispenser was broken. The "buffet" ran out of bread. The breakfast was basically onion soup with white rice. The check in and check out weren't great. The staff were confused about why I didn't have a passport. I live in Japan so I don't carry a passport when I travel. It's dumb to put that into the check-in software system. Whoever designed the check-in software should dogfood it to experience it for themselves. It sucked.

Staff kindly responded to all our requests. We loved how clean and spacious were the rooms, the location is amazing, close to the city center and surrounded by restaurants and shops, as well as places of interest. The only minus is that they did not have any allergen marks on the dishes during the breakfast and not enough food options for vegans. All sauces for salad were with animal-derived products and they couldn't provide me with simple oil or salt.

喫煙ルームでしたが、それを全く感じない程キレイな部屋でした。朝食も大満足でした。改善希望としては ◎枕が硬い感じで合わなかったので、ハード、ソフトの2パターンとかあれば嬉しいです。 ◎風呂の湯温調整が上手く出来ず、ヨメが熱いと何度も叫んでおりました。でも充分満足しましたので、旅行の際はリピートさせて頂きたいです。
