Very spacious and clean hotel. A little bit of a walk from the Ueda Station, but not too bad. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Not too far from Ueda castle either. Good price for room quality.

人それぞれ違って当然だが受付のスタッフは最低限の「笑顔」は必要。
できている人もいるができていないスタッフのせいで再宿泊機会を失うのは最大の機会損失。経営者は損失を産んでいるスタッフに給与を支払っていることになる
