Great sized room in Japan. The spa was so relaxing. I was surprised that to use the gym there was a small cost. The distance to the central train station and to other restaurants was a little far for walking.

Really happy that we chose this hotel. The location is great (near the Kyoto Station for Shinkansen and close to Gion), the facilities of the hotel are superb and the service here was fantastic. My daughter was sick with a high fever on the first day of our arrival and the front desk staff (Tanikaze-san) helped me call the nearby clinics one by one and eventually helped us with an appointment. Because of that my daughter got the antibiotics she needed and her fever stopped the next day. We were all very grateful for the additional help Tanikaze-san offered. Facilities wise, we really love the big public bath facilities they offer. It's the best way to relax after a long day of tour. We booked a double bed room for 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids). The room is slightly small for 4 people, but this is quite a typical set up for JP hotels until we book two rooms. So Overall, we still highly recommend this hotel!

Hotel is ok but so far from anything if your there as a tourist. Room of course was small & not easy to find space for suitcases. Gave initial bottle of water but no more. Wouldn't stay again it's just too far from what we wanted

Good value hotel. Nice people, good facilities. Functional rooms, good beds. Pillows were hard though, and no choices. Ok location. Gym should be free though and the tv should be easier to use. The coffee machine at breakfast should be available and not covered up.

部屋は綺麗で価格帯も安く、大浴場朝食ブュッフェもあり十分だと思います。ただ部屋に備え付きの空気清浄機が臭い。とにかく臭い。起動させた途端、部屋中に洗濯物の生乾きのような匂いが充満しました。手入れ不足だと思います。それさえなければ最高のホテルでした。

ホテル内は清潔で、ホスピタリティは高いです。大浴場も快適でした。ベッドも問題なくよく寝られます。朝食ビュッフェにお茶漬けがあるのが良いですね。立地は鉄道駅へはやや歩きますが、バスが近くに停まりますので不便は感じませんでした。

どこも清潔で気持ちよく過ごせました。朝食もおいしかったです。個人的にひとつだけ残念だったのは大浴場の湯船の温度が高すぎたこと（41度以上はあるかと）です。楽しみにしていましたが長く浸かれず。日本育ちの方はともかくおそらく欧米の方にとっては熱すぎると思います。
