It’s a bit far from Hiroshima but the price was reasonable. The food was good and delicious. There were free parking spaces for guests. The room was spacious and clean.

We were not able to stay here because it was not wheel chair accessible. However, the manager went out of her way to find us another hotel that was wheel chair accessible. It looked clean and comfortable. Hospitality was wonderful.

It is located across the street from the Higashi Hiroshima JR shinkansen station. The room interior is slightly dated but still good. Breakfast buffet had lots to choose from.

Room was larger than your typical Japanese business hotel but just as clean and welcoming. There isn't too much around, but there's a 7-11 right next to it and it's just a 1-2 minute walk from the Higashihiroshima train station. It's very quiet, the wifi is good, and there are laundry facilities (or services if you don't want to wash your clothes yourself). There are free drinks in the dining area (coffee, tea, water, juice). Speaking of which, the breakfast was really nice. Not too many western options but there were eggs and sausages with an assortment of breads/pastries. There was also rice, noodles, fish, meatballs, and yogurt, cereal, miso soup, and the aforementioned drinks. A very nice hotel which I would stay again but it always seems to be booked. But for good reason. =)

Outer area of Hiroshima, but this hotel was clean,and comfortable and the rooms much larger than normal Japanese hotel rooms. Railway station a 5 minute walk. No issue at all with friendly staff as well.

The free child policy is a little misleading. The rooms are designed to accommodate two adults. The free child was accommodated by the addition of a full size roller bed into a room already filled with a double bed. The result was one giant bed. The free child does not get a towel or pillow and is suppose to share the towel and pillow of one of the adults. The fee for the additional items was insignificant, 100 yen per item per day; however, the additional fees weren't explained at the time of booking. The hotel staff were the best. The patiently explained to me at least a dozen times the free child policy before I comprehended what it was. Again they were the best. The in-house restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. The hotel is a "salary-man" hotel for business travelers. This isn't to say it wasn't a nice hotel.

The hotel is very close to the Shinkansen station. So if you travel with JR Pass it's just 12 min from the Hiroshima station and could be even more comfortable when any hotel in the city. Great breakfast. The room was bit small for 3 people.

Large room was very similar to a hotel chain in US and was very comfortable and quiet. The only things which we didn't like were the pillows which were so hard and the bed cover which was made of a shiny man made material.
