Wow! Everything about Riad Anabel is Wow! Anabel and Fouad are amazingly welcoming and friendly hosts. Location can’t be beat. Close to souks but in a quiet location. We stayed in the large Rose Suite and it’s amazing. Dinner, breakfast were delicious. We splurged and did the Hammam and massages. Wow! Look no further. Experience Riad Ababel!

Amaizng decor and character and we loved our cosy ‘Chocolat’ room. Breakfast was delicious and had great variety each day. Our favourite place to chill was the top terrace, where it had beautiful flowers and a lot of shade. You can hear all the birds cheeping in the morning which is a lovely natural alarm clock! Fouad and Habiba were very helpful and so kind. They made my girlfriend a birthday cake which made the experience extra special. We also booked a hammam and massage with them and it was very relaxing and great value for money.

We loved our stay here. Hotel arranged transport including cart to bring luggage into the Medina area. We were welcomed with traditional tea service. Host was very friendly and provided recommendations. The room in the riad was large and well appointed and the inner courtyard beautiful and peaceful. Breakfast was good with some unique dishes. In the middle of narrow market streets and convenient to main square and sites. Excellent restaurants nearby. We will definitely return.

Our 2nd stay at Riad Anabel and the standard has remained as high as it did on our 1st visit. We treated ourselves to the Rose Suite, the largest of their rooms and we felt utterly spoiled. The whole Riad is immaculate and spotlessly clean, without making you feel uncomfortable. Our hosts were professional but with just the right amount of familiarity that made you feel look after rather then just a paying guest. The breakfasts are among the best we’ve had, a mix of traditional Moroccan and Continental. A great location, 5 minutes walk to the Medina and the hubbub that is Marrakesh. We will most certainly be back, thank you all the team at Riad Annabel for a memorable stay and for taking the time to note it was my birthday, and surprise us with the chocolate birthday cake. Thank you so much.

Fantastic stay at this elegant Riad. Everything was perfect - lovely, clean, spacious room with everything needed for a restful stay. Staff were so kind and helpful throughout my 5 night stay. I simply can't recommend this Riad highly enough, it is wonderful.

Our hosts at the Riad were incredible - nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was huge and they were even able to accommodate gluten free. I would definitely stay again when in Marrakech. Location. To markets and souls are right on your door step. Restaurants nearby.

This place is a hidden gem! It’s located in a safe area and it’s so close to everything. It’s close to the tour meet up spots, Bahia Palace, Jemaa el-Fnaa and so much more. They have airport pick up and drop off available. When I arrived I was greeted with a warm welcome and tea. My room smelled amazing and was nice and cold. The air works perfectly. Breakfast was very good and so was the coffee and mint tea. Your room will have everything you need. The beds are very comfortable and you will fall asleep quickly! The wifi works great and is fast. The shower pressure was phenomenal!!! Habiba is so nice and has a nice inviting aura. You can tell she has a good soul and really loves hosting guest. She will always wait for you to come back to ensure you had a great day and that you are in good spirits. She always has a smile on her face. Fouad was also amazing. He always made sure I knew where I was going and the best way to get there and made sure I arrived to my destinations. I asked him a ton of questions and he was always there to answer. This family is just really the best! Makes me wish I would have stayed longer. This place is so beautiful! Be sure to checkout the terrace upstairs!

This is an excellent family owned property. Room was beautifully decorated with morrocan ethnic style, fragrance. We had a greatest hospitality from them. Breakfast was personalized to our need. Beautiful & safe place. Everything is walkable from this hotel. Very convenient from airport & train station. Highly recommend.

We wanted to experience the Medina and this was a great place to do that. The room was clean and people were very nice. The breakfasts out on the rooftop patio were amazing!! Fouad the manager was so helpful and professional. Upon finding out we were leaving very early our last day, he had a light breakfast sent up the evening before. My only recommendation would be to put bureaus in the rooms in place of some of the sofas. We had trouble organizing our clothes.

The riad was one of the better ones in the area. However we immediately noticed a sewer smell at the entrance and in our bathroom. We had to maintain the door closed throughout our stay. The staff was very nice and were constantly attentive to our needs. We were greated with tea and pastries upon our arrival. Breakfast was very good. We did not stay for dinners. I think that had it not been for the unfortunate smell, we would have only positive feedback.

The family and staff took great care of us on our visit. They were very helpful with directions and arranging our pick up and drop off even with last minute flight changes. We loved the breakfast every morning. The property is 1 block from the hectic street with people and motorbikes but it is so quiet there. Less than a 10 minute walk to Jamaa el-fna and the palace. Highly recommend you stay at RIAD ANABEL.

I am very impressed with Riad Anabel and highly recommend this place. The staff were so friendly and helpful. If we needed anything or had any questions, Fouad was so helpful. We stayed in the Olive Suite. It was a gorgeous space with plenty of room for two people. We enjoyed the rooftop a few days to enjoy the sun. There is plenty of room to relax and find shade when the sun grew warm. Fouad put the misters in for us so it was quite enjoyable. The breakfast each morning was delicious! Fresh fruit, yogurt, homemade eggs in several styles, baked goods, pancakes along with a full pot of coffee and tea. It was certainly a meal to start the day with. The location of the Riad is in a perfect spot. It is close enough to two main squares that were a typical meeting spots for tours and guides. There was a convenience stand very near to purchase extra water, soda or snacks. There were several good restaurants very close as well. One night we had a meal at the Riad. We felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. So romantic. The dinner was delicious! Definitely plan for this during your stay! We also enjoyed the Hamman and a massage on site. These treatment's were certainly worth the money. This Riad is in the Old City, so close to the souks and main attractions of Marrakech. We were able to walk to most of the tourist sites as well as the newer area of Marrakech. It was still a quiet location. Fouad also arranged for our ride to and from the airport. Easy!

Riad Anabel is a must stay, the staff was lovely a true Moroccan Riad. The breakfast was out standing, they also offer a traditional Hamam experience we absolutely loved our time here, we will be staying here on our next visit to Marrekesh.

Simply excellent in every single way. I cannot fault Riad Anabel. The staff were accommodating and friendly and nothing was too much trouble . The breakfast was superb and plentiful. The Riad is ideally situated near to the medina and all the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh. I would highly recommended this Riad to anyone.

This Riad was beautifully appointed with everything maintained to a very high standard and located in a very central position with everything in walking distance. Fouad and his staff went out of their way to make us welcome and to look after us well beyond the call of duty. The whole experience was faultless.
