While it is not the newest, St Regis remains true to its 5* rating of being excellent in service. The room is still large and perhaps my only complaint would be the shower door would still allow water to splash to the outside.

I love that the staff went the extra mile at every juncture to take care of their guests. From check in to check out, the level of care from the staff is more than mere hospitality. They make you feel like a member of the family coming to stay at the property. Really meticulously well done for the entire team! Bravo!

The rooms are very clean and spacious, the front desk staff very helpful. This is our second time stay in this hotel, we love it so much, the hotel smell very nice compare to other hotel
